In respect to election system, if all types of election separate in differant years, the economy per election will rise by approx. 10000/= crores, e.i. the most of the black money will come in to flow of economy, e.i. caterer, mandap contract, print & electronics media, journalist, rikshwa, tempo, banner producer, tea, refreshment, and related labour employee etc. will get money as earning, which will come directly in economy, hence, it is benifit to make differant election for economy, best wishes

A timetable needs to be chalked out for mandatory National level accredition of educational institutions and institutions failing to get achieve acceptable level should be derecognised.
Adequate checks and balances should be built in to prevent corruption in the process.
Achievement of students passing out should be one of the factors for rating

I have the following suggestions :
In countries which have a high standard of education, teaching is one of the best paid professions. Teachers are evaluated based on the quality of teaching and not on the number of hours clocked in. Please examine whether this model can be implemented.
2. Schools in remote areas suffer from lack of teachers and quality of teaching. Govt can spend on providing online teaching to students in such areas.

Need to upgrade our education as we used in ancient time, what has given us some magnanimous personalities and also great inventions, which has not happened in past 50-100 years. The only reason for this loss is Macaulay Education system, which is endowed by Britishers, even after 69 years independence we still slaves of this system.
Our next generation will be responsible citizen of India, and for India's better future following points are to be made compulsory in Schools nationwide, see PDF

New education should be in alignment with the requirements of the society. We need to do away with obsolete knowledge. Students should have the choice to choose the syllabus. Education should be knowledge-oriented and not cramming. Children should enjoy going to school. They should not be exposed to needless competition and tension. We need to switch to online exams with lot of frequency as the students will not lose out time and energy. We need to accept the paramount importance of English.

The new education policy should align with ground realities. We need to focus on natural talents of the children. The curriculum should be flexible and not all subjects be foisted on the students. We should do away with cramming and arouse the natural abilities. We need to realize the importance of English as it is useful the world over. Linguistic chauvinism should be done away with. Students should be made to enjoy studying rather than being tensed. We need to switch to online exams.
