The research proposals accepted for funding by government should be reviewed blindly and at least one outside review from foreign recognized reviewer. Current process created a clique and young researchers and risky proposals are not funded. We need NSF and NIH like organization to improve research quality and volume.

In respect to improvement in election system, I want to suggest that, the expenses limit should be deleted, any candidate can expend unlimited amount for election, but, the accounts of expenses should be furnished with details regularly with the sources of election fund by name and PAN, further, amount exceeding rs, 20000/= loan or receipt of election fund & expenses etc.should be cheques or banking channel, black money will come into economy will benifit to govt.& people employment, best wishes

One India, One Curriculum. Same Mathematics should be taught in same class under all the boards. What may vary from Board to Board are... 1. Choice of medium 2. Choice of languages 3. Choice of additional subjects 4. Teaching methods 5. Examining methods upto certain basic standards. Finishing classes (10th, 12th, Graduation etc) should have same common exams though Thanks Mathematics should be taught the same thing

EDUCATION SHOULD BE MADE CENTRAL SUBJECT, AS UNDER STATE GOVERNMENT WE FEEL EDUCATION LEVEL HAS COME DOWN VERY BADLY. ALONG WITH REGIONAL LANGUAGE & ENGLISH, NATIONAL LANGUAGE (READ HINDI) MUST BE MADE COMPULSORY, SO THAT WITH PASSAGE OF TIME, HINDI CAN ALSO SERVE AS LINK LANGUAGE ALONG WITH ENGLISH. CASTE BASED RESERVATION TO BE REPLACED BY ECONOMICAL CRITERIA BASED RESERVATION SO THAT POOR PEOPLE FROM OPEN CATEGORY ALSO GET THEIR DUE LEGITIMATE SHARE IN EDUCATION & EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY.

1)KG to PG should be in the control of Central Government 2) No Private system is allowed till Graduation 3) Accross India State Goverment education system is in bad shape, Hence central Govt should take in to control ( Eg. Kendriya Vidyalas) 4) Mother tongue should be protected, besides HiNDI/ English 5) Regional cultural topics can be incorporated by adding a additional subject 6) Quality of Education is at stake. 7) In present system of education, every one is qualified, no education

There should be a common evaluation platform of board marks. Vanish the roles of coaching institute's they are creating difference between urban and rural students. Sports and physical education and extracurricular activities should be compulsory included. IIT-JEE eligibility should be 12th class pass because if there is seprate entrace exam they why this should limited to some students ? And there should be age limit as civil services. Better quality education, research and support.

NEW EDUCATION-POLICY The Government’s new education policy on which public opinion is called, focusses on Quality Improvement in education which is factored by (1) Social equity (2) Equality of Opportunity, both warranting restructuring, retexturing, and refining the existing systems - their constitutions, methodology, and soft-wares (teachers and students) and resetting of interpersonal /intersystemic relationships within the four-walled event called “Education”,
