Education to be Nationalised - means of education to every citizen to be same, there cannot be different models of education. Only Government run schools to be there and citizens to join only the school located in their locality not anywhere they want. (Responsibility of the government to ensure that quality of education is maintained keeping few parents of the students in the local school body). Every School should run till Class 10. Accordingly PUC and Graduation colleges to be formed.

More emphasis be laid on vocational education and students be empowered to do volunteer work while studying and during summer vacations so that they may be able to get knowledge about vocations and earn money for their study as is done in north america. In job interview and placements points be given to those applicants who have done some volunteering in school. Commerce subjects be introduced in inception like book keeping basic and bank reconcilation etc.

compared to developed countries we benchmark, they dont stress on pass/fail till certain standard giving away vital ability to students to be inquisitive.as we harp on pass/fail we develop workers only so as a nation we dont have much r&d n patents to acquire. in short we are a nation of checklist company. the thought should be 2 develop minds without fear and let it decide its own course when he is matured to understand his strength.remember short attempts can drive poverty as all jobs r cyclic

Drastic change required in the Education Policy. It should be Skill Development Oriented. After Primary level of education, various career oriented courses should be developed for students. In this regard Govt. Should develop professional teachers (rather coaches/mentors) who may further educate & train the students.
