stamp duty can be collected on a large scale from buildings authorised, but the dispute is between the land owner and the deveolper, why can we go ahead and make such a law that dastavej has to be compulsorily done and if there is any dispute between land owner and developer they have to settle in court and the residents are free from this. this will as you know will generate such a huge amount for state governments, which is beyond imagination and holders can get loan and good amt for house

Regarding new charges been levied for walk in to SBI branches &using ATM after a certain limit. This will stop unnecessary rush in the bank but can be an extra burden to be borne esp by poor & middle class & also set back to Jan dhan yojna The low level income people try to withdraw amount in less denomination, as per their requirement. The charges are levied frequently, but don’t get the services which are required. There is lack of commitment from the Employees & Manager of SBI.
