1.P O s should equipped with latest technology & convert as a National Local enquiry /Census/Voters list/Health enumerating agency. As postman has know all about all persons and reach upto remote areas of villages is very easy and should equipped with NET/GPRS system.
2.All PO s should convert as a BANK-Online & Manual. People can access easily & very helpful even a illiterate. For this Private-public participation may used.

When Couriers in the country can be run successfully why cant the Post offices? They should try and understand their own problems, fix them and come out in flying colors. Otherwise they will not shun their age old practices that have not been of any use to meet with today's challenges.

Aadhar card facility at post offices would be most helpful. Post Offices are also good places to put up posters to draw people's attention towards spitting and littering

Post Office can be centres for Aadhar Card. Currently I see lot of people queuing from early morning at Municipal Offices who are issuing only 50 forms per day. An integrated online application must print the card immediately.

All Passport Offices must service Passport Request for areas. There main task will be to verify the submitted documents, the task which is currently being done by passport officials at the front desk. This will reduce the pressure on the Passport Office, and help them focus on their core activities of issuing.

Discontinue all Akshaya kendras in Kerala. Entrust the work to Post offices. They will do the work properly as the data is not falling into private hands like Aksahaya kendras.

Perform Aadhar-related payouts through post-offices only. Enable internet and deliver weather predictions, employment news, commodity trading for villagers. Can link with the national insurance companies to deliver life, vehicle, crop, commodity insurance in villages. Postmen must be trained as insurance agents. Post offices should disburse personal, crop, commodity loans at feasible rates.
