One thing that can accelerate the Clean India (Swach Bharat) project is to legally ban use of polythene bags across the country. There have been manay states that have banned the use of polythene bags but not effeciently executed and hence you see the small vendors taking out a black polythene bag for every purchase without hesitation. Polythene bags have become a menace blocking drainage everywhere. This needs to be looked at seriously

The long queues in any government office is disgusting. The post office can provide a token system so that people can sit, relax and wait for their turn. This is very well used by icici bank. Even indian railways use this system but not upto the mark (during the reservation of tickets)

How about integrating BSNL, Post Bank of India, Ordinary Postal services to ensure better connectivity even to the remote places. This may help in realizing the Digital India, Pradhanmantri Jan Dhan yojana, all at once. Even the Post office can install ATM type machines which even along with financial services, give postal services automatically for 24 hours. Along with this establishing information banks in the post offices about various schemes about the government (state/centre).

Post office has largest reach and is a store house linking addresses & people. More branches than banks. Improve saving bank activities - for 100% investment of revenue into government schemes. Give loans below Rs1 lakh without collateral to rural areas with population less than 1000 & against adhar card only. Best input for intelligence person to address. Best system to keep complete history- including health, family tree etc. Give interest higher than RBI. Prevent competition from rural banks.

13)Better to prevent a misfortune from occurring, than to find a solution after the occurring of the misfortune. Here in Kerala history has a record of the misfortunes that occurred. So the best thing is to prevent the recurrence of such misfortunes. The biggest eviction to come is for Bullet Trains and as soon as the funds are transferred from Centre it should be monitored that there is no land mafia involvement and that fund are utilized for resettlement and rehabilitation before eviction.
