For delivering various Citizen centric services and furthering the reach of Financial Services including Insurance, the Government of India has set up a Task Force to examine and recommend efficient utilisation and upgradation of the Post Office Network, enabled with Digital/Internet Connectivity to rural Offices and outpost areas enabling reach of different services in rural areas. This Network is also being viewed as a distribution channel to retail various schemes and services of Central Government, State Government and Private Sector Players.

Through this discussion the Department of Posts (Ministry of Communications & Information Technology) seeks suggestions on the following:

•    To provide efficient postal network and points of presence [particularly in rural areas and small towns] to Central Government Ministries / Departments, State Governments [including Local Self Government] and private sector players for delivering various citizen-centric services, scheme, products to the people.
•    To further the role of Post Offices in Financial inclusion, including Insurance products
•    The infrastructure requirements of the Post Offices and the Postal Network
•    To make the Post Offices financially viable

Last date for sending your suggestions is 30th November, 2014.

Our country have lots of potential to do every thing but the problem is about the skill.Some people have extraordinary hard work skill where some people have speaking skill.Now In most of the recruitment process GD (Group Discussion) is included and that is where most people will got a problem because here the recruiter only see how a applicant present a given topic but I think this is a very bad process of selecting a candidate because may be a candidate cannot speak well but he/she do better.

Jan Dhan yojana will play important role to uplift rural folk. The vast network of rural post offices should be utilised to fulfil this task as Post Masters and postmen know each member of villages .and may play important role in this scheme.

Important point to be focused that are we able to protect the health of youth as statistics are showing stress injury is more in youths due to their working environment. we need to protect the youth by promoting early evaluation of Repetitive stress injury and rehabilitation at their work center not in hospital or clinics. vital parameters to be checked periodically which will associated with their appraisal. Central government should make some policies. if i get chance to present strategy ,

Mission to empower our youth needs good strategical planning. first group for planning to select the youth into few categories:- skilled manual labor, technically skilled labor, skill in service industry, skill in education field, skill in administration, skilled health professional, skilled doctors/physiotherapist/occupational therapist/nurse.

very motivating speech during trip to USA. very importantly i am concerned with the the vision of India to provide work force throughout the world as number of youth is more in our country and when other countries will be less in youth our country will provide work force through our youth. This is a great vision and therefore it is great responsibility of ours to support this vision with our creativity to make this vision successful. few drawbacks have to be removed as early as possible now
