Those who are entrusted to plan & spend funds of GOI should remember that it is the hard earned money of people of India and not a paisa should go waste.Clear priority should be fixed:Priority 1 should be for programs like Food-Water-Heath-Electricity-Toilets-Education to all,Good Roads,Defense, etc.Priority 2 should be repayment of all loans of GOI. All black money unearthed should go for this purpose. Only after making our loan liability zero, expenditure on space research should be taken.

sir the people of INDIA are fully confidant that YOU only can change the future of our country to greater heights. I request you to start with the mission with the petrol bunks because in many of the bunks it is being adulterated and not measured correctly. if you set right this immediately every common man can taste the change of Governance. I also request you to take immediate steps for controlling bribe and waste of expenditure on unnecessary tours by both officials and non officials. pleaser

i observed there is a lot of amount is being wasted in appointing commissions and enquiries without any result and in every project allocation the final rupee reaching the goal point is very less. middlemen are eating away by the time it reaches the point. result oriented projects only are to be taken up. the appointment of srikrishna commision and the lot of expenditure incurred on it is of no use as the decision was already taken for splitting Andhra Pradesh. so this type of commissions to sat

As per my observations, there are a lot many NHAI projects delayed or stooped due to different reasons.the contractors are earning a lot from the toll assign to them. which is unnecessary increasing the overall cost of the project, which is ultimately the money of people of India. All those incomplete projects of highways built on BOT contracts are causing problem for people to travel. Example.:- 6 lanning of NH-1, panipat to jalandhar & you can check the increased cost of the project (Doubled)

As per news relatives of Ex-ministers and Member of parliament have occupied many government bunglos and even not paid rent water and electricity bills by many of the Ex-Ministers and Member of Parliaments residing in Government Buildings by Unauthorized manner. But government can not do any thing against them due to lake of rules. In our country rules are so lax that Police can not do any thing without the permission of court and court have pending cases for decades and criminals enjoying.

DON'T DECREASE THE PRICES OF FUELS!!!!!!!!!!!! In my view the decreasing in the price of diesel/petroleum products wont decrease the price of increased milk/other essential commodity the people are addicted to this products even if the price increased up to 100 rupees also they have to pay for it..... in spite of reducing the price use this money (profit from decreased global crude oil prices) for the subsidized bicycle promotion program and new technology for the production of organic fuel

In every quarter upto third quarter cut off limit of disbursement should be kept at maximum 20% of overall limit. So that in the last quarter even if the expenditure exceed by 15% overall limit will be maintained.

Aggregate fiscal discipline refers to the alignment of public expenditures with total revenues(domestic revenues+a sustainable level of international borrowing). It means keeping govt spending within sustainable limits. It means don't spend more than what Govt can afford.Followings can be done in this regard:1.Import duty increase on China Diwali products 2.High anti dumping duty on Chinese products for which India make products are there 3.Very high tax on Cigrate/Tobacco/Liquer/luxiary items

yeh dono issues millions millions Indians se sambhandhit hai. iska gehrai se vishleshan aur facts ko transparently scrutiny kar last 3 years ka data competent panel ne analyse kar truthful status ki jankari desh ko di jani chahiye aur yadi corruption ho raha hai toh action honi chahiye. Cashless treatment me toh parivar jan hospitals/doctors ki lootpat ke shikar ho rahe hai? Insurance companies ke cooperation ke alawa ye kaise sambhav hai? aur iska shikar corporates ke young employees ho rahe .

This is with regard to IRDA and Medi-claim and general insurance sector. Shayad apko jankari ho ki desh bhar me chahe corporate hospitals ho ya charitable, cashless treatment jo medi-claim policies ke tahat ho raha hai. vah marijo aur parivar jano ke liye abhishap ho raha hai. General Insurance me commercial vehicles ke premium irrational aur unjustified hai.Doubt hai ki insurance companies, automobile industries, touts aur vested interest ne IRDA mechanism ko hijack kar liya ya jeb me rakh liya ?
