Yoga is the best way to connect to your soul. Yoga helps a person to become a good human being irrespective of his religion.
In my opinion yoga should be made compulsory in all school and college's. Where future of country is being created.

Yoga day show the importance of enviornment for our world.
But without pure enviornment , not fulfill the aim of yoga day
So, will be think about importance of enviornment day with yoga day.

Yoga has many forms..
1. Physical exercise across the western world.
2. Yoga in Indian traditions, however, is more than physical exercise; it has a meditative and spiritual core.
3. One of the six major orthodox schools of Hinduism is also called Yoga, which has its own epistemology and metaphysics, and is closely related to Hindu Samkhya philosophy.
There should be categorization of Yoga like Cat-1, 2, 3 ...... This will help in easy adaptability of it among people who profess in....
