The Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD), Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (MSJE), in collaboration with MyGov, invites comments and suggestions from stakeholders and the general public on the draft accessibility standards for the Services Sector. These draft standards, which identify non-negotiable rules, have been prepared to strengthen the creation of barrier-free environments in accordance with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and relevant rules.

All interested individuals are requested to carefully examine the proposed standards and submit their feedback, comments, and suggestions on the MyGov platform, ensuring that personal details are entered accurately during registration.

Sir,could you consider insurance scheme for unexpected collapse of personal economic background? I mean, a business may crumble leading to a fix, a salary either from Govt or private sector may be stopped or delayed for various reasons, unexpected widowship may be a bolt from blue etc. Any punitive action causing disruption of incentives must be based on humanitarian grounds.

Respected honourable prime minister sir I A.Ramnjaneyulu junior lecturer in economics namaste request you that please accept my ideas about the enrich the facilities for divyang persons india. 1.Our country had 2 crore 70 lakhs population of disabled persons. 2.In rural areas parents,divyang persons,divyang children are facing many problems regarding lack of transportation,mobility,infrastructure and assistive technological devices like screen readers,hearing devices and multi sensory tools for learning disabilities. 3.Both Central and state governments are focuses on Rural divyang persons in india.
