I appreciate the initiative to create comprehensive accessibility standards for the services sector. To strengthen I suggest the following: Inclusive Design Across All Service Touchpoints: Ensure that physical spaces, digital platforms, and customer service processes are designed to accommodate persons with diverse disabilities, including mobility, visual, auditory, and cognitive challenges. Mandatory Accessibility Audits: Introduce periodic audits for service providers to verify compliance with accessibility standards. This will help maintain consistency and accountability. Training for Service Personnel: Include mandatory training programs for staff to handle accessibility needs sensitively and effectively. Awareness and empathy are critical for successful implementation. Technology Integration: Encourage the use of assistive technologies such as screen readers, voice navigation, and real-time captioning in digital services. Feedback Mechanism: Establish an accessible fee
