Draft Bill not attached , please attach.
How ever following are my comments.
1.Priorities shall be given for our demestic products
2. in the name of WTO agreement , our demestic market has effected a lot.
3. we need to find vaccum in international maket and to concentrate and to trade accordingly. this process shall be continuous. since the demand will be created in some countires and this situation we need to convert into our opperunity , also this will help confidence creation.

IIFT draft or INI is an important factor in improving our economy & realizing foreign exchange. How to sell quality goods to international taste with prompt deliveries is vital. The fast route of getting maximum returns is defence equipment. Hi-tech goods generally can come from R&D with lots of budget. Success & failures are part of the process.Patience & deep analysis in shortest time is advancement. For quick results our capabilities with ABC analysis generally used for inventory management should be applied for export goods & profitability. From ore to finish goods with employability is also very important. How to strike a balance of employment vs mechanization, robotics for improved quality & high productivity. Our ancestors were successful in attracting the world to its door steps. Repeating in this age with brilliance is the challenge.

Talking of security r we even using known technology, Be it GPS, drone, RFID , QR code .Courier has done it better but not indian rail/ports . Y is their high pilferage . Insurance companies , surveyors can also chip in with their security & fraud avoidance right from loading for better customer service & quicker claim settlements. (rail added that has potential for exports direct or through RO/RO . hope it is covered
Is cleanliness part of IIFT ,most dirtiest ports & offices r Indian , fans, ceilings, bathrooms, benches, walls never cleaned since built. even the path that lead to special toilets meant for use of mp/mla babus is slimy.
Most of the warehouse full with confiscated unclaimed goods. No policy & method for disposal /sale/reuse. we pride ourself in burning tons of drugs accidentally caught or purposely left to run away with thousands ! ery little space 4 unloading & huge losses & some on purpose few bags thrown outside transport from/to port cartel
Get ur act now

what India needs at scale, pace is covid dash board, The UPI & JAM trinity the only sovereign Indian products in all spheres to undo everything ancient & crumbling be it rail/port/utilities/trade/mfg & all of its ecosystem that is the stuff of what they don't teach u at harvard forget IIFT. simple things , examples
Shipping agents- charge minimum 2x of govt fees itemized to allow pvt sector like adani to extort more including card fees 2 % , cash not accepted that r already 3-5x & on top unknown & unlimited hidden costs. even to move destuff empty container lying at port unloading terminal10-50 K Rs or penalty !
Loading/Unloading on ships -- meagre output, union & charges 10x . Y can't it be done differently. even airports handle almost a plane every 5-10 minutes .Minimze delays, cost & improve turnover time. U won't need containers .Ditto 4 rail rakes.
security & safety . Y don't we hear drug/arm smugglings at US/UK/europe/gulf ports. Y only India. birthright of maliks ?

While indirect tax or GST paid by poor and lower middle class along with others is around 15% average, a person earning Rs. 9 lakh p.a pays just Rs. 45,000 or 5% direct tax or Income Tax making the poor more poorer! So reduce GST and increase Income Tax above exempt level. Government needs tax revenue and online markets due to absence of middlemen shopkeepers sell at 33% less on average economically killing crores of Indian shopkeepers and physical markets hence, introduce additional 15-20% tax for online sale so that physical markets can compete with still 10-15% rate differences. Finally, online payments are good but 80% Indians including many senior citizens, little educated ones & those without smart phones can't take part so don't kill physical markets providing employment to crores of Indians by not providing enough smaller denomination currency notes as of now

IIFT was established in 1963 ! Time to write about its blunders & what can be done to correct it , if govt is serious.
Thailand & others started with tourism & thai massage & propelled it to No 1 destination & they added medical tourism to it India had the best of forts, Indian malish, midwife, banjaran fashion, jewelery, ayurveda were all flourishing & now almost dead as tourist.
India had camping , trekking & other adventure sports, ropeways, waterways, mountaineering not developed at basic level. all money pumped in metros & that too name sake, destroyed.
Indian food the best considering diversity- No attempt made to export or tourists coming to savor it .
India had the best of fast foods accompaniments papad, namkeens, breads, chila thepla. Rajasthan & other where it still religious to eat cold food. made for a week, the sheetla maata. all the items with good shelf life including rabri the bajra drink
Most historical place forts seashore no/poor connectivity
