Department of Telecommunications should bring an option to deactivate any mobile SIM obtained using the Aadhaar number by the mobile Shops. The customer should be able to know through Aadhaar website how many SIMs have been bought using their Aadhaar Card details. They can delete the unused numbers or any other SIM cards purchased fraudulently by outsiders. Once a SIM card is purchased using a Aadhaar Card a SMS notification has to the sent to that Aadhaar Card holder. If it's a fake one the customer can go to the Aadhaar website and report it immediately and delete it from Aadhaar Card. This will prevent the misuse of buying fake SIM cards. No one one knows how many mobile numbers are linked to a particular Aadhaar Card.

BSNL should ensure good broadband connection and good mobile network across India. Sometimes BSNL's Optical Fibre cable gets damaged by road digging work by Corporation, Electricity Board and by other private telecom operators. BSNL should be able to raise complaint when their Fibre Optics cable gets damaged. But now there is no option for them to take any action or raise complaint. This affects the customers who using broadband connection. TRAI is not effective in controlling the Unsolicited Call and SMS despite registering Do Not Distribute (DND) service. TRAI should take strict action against those who violates the DND rules and disturbs the customers by Tele Marketing Agency. Especially Real Estate agents and Health Insurance companies are the biggest nuisance.
The nodal officers should be held responsible if they fail to take action against a complaint within 48 hours.

Namaste ji. Our Honourable PM's vision of Digital India is more helpful to the country people in many ways. Telecommunication is most important among those. During Pandemic most of the communications through networks only like online classes, online purchase, online bill payments, online Medical consultation and etc. Our Honourable PM and Government is taking more initiative for tribal welfare. In most of the tribal areas no mobile network coverage due to no Towers. Tribal students may also interested to attend online classes. So,All the Mobile networks may be asked to install towers for providing network coverage to the Tribal areas. Tribals are mostly living in hill areas, the tourist places are also situated there. So,Both the Tribals and Tourists will be benefited. I request you to from the rule for Installation of Towers in Hill areas compulsory. Jai Hind

Retired judge should appoint who will read the comments of citizens and reply of telecom ministrythen decide about changes in bills.

Complaint cell should open at ministry.
Just preparing telecom operator friendly policy is not job of ministry. No supervision, No complaint redressal.
Telecom ministry only working for telecom operator.
Money earning is sole motto of policy.
No action plan for consumers safety in policy.
No discussion from consumers organisation, Change makers, individual ideas planner.
Open website and app and youtube and Facebook and Twitter for guidance about telecom security, service , safety, health hazards and facility.
Radiation in mobile and laptop and tower id big concern.
E-garbage not addressed in policy.
Clean india, crime, violence, terrorism, corruption, Women safety, rape water issues, pollution, Road accident, electric, fuel and water saving, cybet crimes, porn addiction, cyber bullying should focus in telecom policy. Telecom operator should highlight these issue based campaign.

We have stop using Google photos. Google searching is good for learning purpose. I don't trust this because it is interlinked with other apps. So it causes so many problems. If we serch about joint pains in Google immediately it comes into youtube , facebook and so on. there is no end for this problem. Who ask them. We are in a big trap by other countries. We have check for all this things. We have to raise our voice against them directly. It is big challenge for our Nation. We have to give support for this because we are in a danger zone in using smartphone. It's a Smart bomb. We need solution for this. We have to accept it our Nation.
