India is one of the leaders in sustainable development and clean energy. With the Hon PM Narendra Modi-led government’s reform-oriented, environment-friendly policies, the country has time & again shown that sound environmental policies can pave the way to a sound economy.

At the UN Climate Change Conference COP26 in 2021, PM Shri Narendra Modi announced the ‘LiFE’, a mission to bring individual behavioural change at the forefront of the global climate action narrative. LIFE or Lifestyle for Environment along with the ‘Pro Planet People’ movement, aims to strengthen the efforts to overcome climate change.

LiFE will replace the prevailing 'use-and-throw’ thinking with an environmentally conscious lifestyle. The Mission is to create a global community of ‘Pro-Planet People’ (P3), who with their shared commitment will adopt and promote environmentally friendly lifestyles.

Individual Efforts Are Key to Climate Commitment

India's traditional knowledge strongly positions it to lead the narrative of addressing climate change. Like many other mass movements, LiFE aims to inspire climate action based on the mantra of ‘Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas’.

MyGov invites you to share your ideas and suggestions on how to adapt to an environmentally conscious lifestyle.

Few examples for the above:
Reduce - Electricity, Fuel Usage
Reuse - Old Clothes, Electronics, Building materials, furniture
Recycle - Plastic, newspapers, cartons, boxes
Renewable - Solar, Wind, Hydro, Tidal, Geothermal & Biomass
Recover - Forests, rivers, soil, mountains, wildlife
Redesign - Green buildings
Remanufacture - E-waste for new purposes

R1-- Reduce energy consumption by scanning night sky on a dark newmoon day over cities. With a confirmation from Electrical department that the power was on. Initially could be done with satellite. GPS location monitoring to pin point excess illumination. To quantify whether required or not during midnight when most of us are sleeping. This could be further analyzed with drone or surveillance aircraft.There's no point in illuminating night sky beyond mid night. Except for critical areas. Public Illumination should be accessed by EB engineers with proper gadgets to conserve. There could be excessive reflecting light which could be reduced looking from the skies. Cities with optimum lighting should get credit points for being green .

क्या हम reuse में ऐसा नहीं कर सकते हैं हमेशा सोचती हूं कि अगर economy & employment perspectives देश में जतिन उत्खनन करके अच्छी चिजे ढुंढी जाए treasure not means by money/property पर ऐसी चीजें मिले जो unique हो और ना मिले तो रखरखाव/देखभाल भी हो सकती जैसे forts/castle है और उसके बारे में पढ़ाई /knowledge भी- reuse करने के लिए मार्ग भी निकल सकता है, anyways _ मुझे भी सब कि तरह सुबह पेपर और चाय अच्छा लगता था पर पेपर बंद कर दिया और पढ़ना भी जब से समझ आया सब देश विरोधी बातें ही लिखित लगती है ऐसे कैसे कोई देश विरोध में बोल सकता है ठिक एक strong opposition देश में होना भी जरूरी है पर सच में fact base analysis हो जिस में सच में कुछ सच्चाई/अच्छाई हो knowledge based दिखता नहीं तो एक अच्छे समाज कि नींव देश में होनी चाहिए जिसका इतिहास इतना गौरवशाली हो और दुनिया को देने का दम रखता हो उस देश के नागरिक मेहनत से भागते हैं strang responsibility/duty बताओ मत सिर्फ rights पता है खुद कि सोच apply करने के बजाए दुसरे के बहकावे में आते हैं changes को तयार होते नहीं patience कम दिखाते हैं ...

JAI KISAN JAI HINDUSTAN India is a country known for Agriculture but now a days it is loosing intrest and importance as it is done by poor farmer who is having limited knowledge ,limited technology and limited money as most of the farmers are illiterate and can be easily fooled by literate people's like middle man . I believe our Agriculture can become strong only when it will be run by people with money,mind and management,i mean if people like great industrialist TATA ,AMBANI ,MITTAL ,JINDAL ,etc . So there should be rule that if you want to aquire or acquired land for some business or factory purpose then it's some % of land should be used for agriculture purpose . Then farmers can be recruited as employees and the the industrialist have money ,technology ,market know how and also better transport and storage facility . So with these advanced technology and available resources better output can be achieved and hence can think of better export . Jai Kisan Jai Hindustan

sorry 2 write here (mn ki bat) i think ancient time गुरूकुल पधदती इसलिए होगी जो rich& poor बच्चे एक ही जगह पढ़ेंगे और जो rich होते हैं उनको सब facilities available होती है तो इतना ग्यान समझ बढ़ता नहीं q की कुछ पाने के लिए मेहनत और सोच को जो घीसना पड़ता वो कम हो जाता है और जहां जिसकी कमी होती है वो ही पाने कि लालसा होती है it said that - गरज शोधाची जननी आहे but things/goods must be good intentions only not everything anything but selected 4nation & society good use & overall after गुरूकुल खत्म होने के बाद आप किस का चुनाव करते हो पता ही महाभारत का उदाहरण कौरवो को घर में भी ग़लत ही सिख मिलती है greed property jealousy ets so good parenting r must support your child especially girl child mentally physically economically&most important -spirituality either good or bad वो उनके समझ में खुद से पनपना चाहिए just give1/2 hours daily2child wake up early in the morning just 1hr before take study just up2 6/7 yrs u have2take बातें करनेसे मन शांत होता है उनका..

sorry 2 write here (mn ki bat) _ being woman i always wonder gender equality कि भारत देश में जरूरत q पड़ती है जिस देश के प्राचीन इतिहास में हर क्षेत्र में औरतें काम करती थी पर अब ठिक भी किया जा सकता है ठिक है हजार साल में इतने प्रकार के लोगों ने ढेर सारे आक्रमन किये तो जो है सो अब है जो लोग हैं सो है सब ने अब इसमें ही ठिक करना है हमारे देश कि लड़कियों का sports में इतना कम होना और मुझे एक बात बहोत अजीब लगती है gender equality कि बात करती है law misuse वो ही करती है पत्थर मारने में वोही दिखती ,एक औरत हो कर दुसरी औरत पर अत्याचार करती वक्त वोही होती है गलत काम के लिएgender equality नहीं चाहिए क्या being woman 2 understand another woman r so easy still... problem तो कितनी खत्म हो जाएगि साथ मिलकर शांती से थोड़े ठहराव से और जोagencyहै helpकरने के लिएlaw/police/welfare ets आवाज़ शांती/समझ से उठाव help मिलेगि तो कैसे पुरुष कि इतनी हिम्मत और इतनी ही साहसी/न डरने वालि है तो husband/wife के relations में wife के उपर इतने joke q बनते है contradiction समझ से परे है ...

sorry 2 write here (mn ki bat) _ u know what it's good 2be a middle-class there is scope 2di somthing in your life ऊंचे से ऊंचा काम कर सकते हैं उसके लिए जो समझ/सोच वो वहीं से आती हैif u observe in rich family rarely any1do some unique work cause u know why -its nature ability how it work _ property money material goods may remain 4 only 2/3 generation only उसके बाद अपने आप वो ख़तम हो जाती है qकी प्रकृति वैसे ही काम करती है और तो और अगर konwledge/सोच /ग्यान/intellectual कि बात हो तो वो generation2generation क्या person2person भी work नहीं करती qकी वो खुद के मेहनत/effortsसे gainकरनी पड़ती है नहीं तोpersonतक ltdरहकर खत्म हो जाती है only excuse it serve2 nation/society at large see that जो एक व्यक्ति को fame/publicity मिलति है वो किसी दुसरे व्यक्ति को कभी मिलती नहीं भले ही वो व्यक्ति पहले व्यक्ति से ज्यादा हुशारqना हो वोsameदुसरे को नहीं मिलता सोच मेहनत से humanity से सिख से work में आता है प्रकृति है वो नियमों से चलति है ना कम ना ज्यादा equal..

sorry 2 write here (mn ki bat) _ मेरे तो समझ से परे है खुद के देश को खुद के धर्म ग्रंथों को कोई कैसे oppose कर सकता है just 4bread/money रामायण महाभारत गीता कौटिल्य अर्थशास्त्र वेदांत ठिक है उनसे आपको आपत्ति हो तो महज एक किताब समझ कर पढ़ो, बात खतम जो पुरी दुनिया को ग्यान दे सकता है और खुद कि तकलीफ कम करता हो as human still.. ok just think that all religion were same before of तो सनातन धर्म समय के साथ चलता है changes लाता है जैसे पहले children marriage था सती प्रथा थी(राजा राम मोहन राय with British) सब कुरितियां बंद करने कि कोशिश कि पर कुछ ... जो बातें ग्यान दे समझ दे उसे ना खुद अपनाएं और दुसरो को miss-guide/lead करें q.. खुद से सोचना सिखों don't follow blindly any1 anylisis करो थोड़ा समय का break लेकर pause दिया करो fact based बातें समझना सिखों इससे आपकि knowledge बढ़ेगा और तकलीफ/नुकसान भी कम होगा life आज है आज सही कर सकते हैं 100 साल पहले क्या हुआ ऐ अब मायने रखेगा तो वहीं घीसीपिटी life होगि या फिर अच्छी करनी है आज के मेहनत से generation को भी फायदा होगा..

sorry 2 write here (mn ki bat) - in judiciary beside verdict cn give excellent opinion 2 improve society cause_ पुराना law & changing aspects of sudden/quick changing society needs balance nutral thoughts/comment on case actually my point of view when case in court that is constructive perspective of society & individual stand of thoughts/thinking so सोच मायने रखती है obvious motive/intention court see जो केस कोर्ट में आता है वो समाज का एक structure होता है और जो सोच आती है वो individual होती है & collectively impact but such as doctors - diagnosis body whereas in court see the individual thought सोच & और उस सोच को अच्छे से परख सकते हैं by body language cause-thought procedure came in2 action & that action cn be identified (so such training cn give) comment by responsible cn be if nation at priority & society at large _ & even after sentencing & beside rehabilitation before 2went jail cn also be improvement testing with help of technology ets..

nxt month mn ki bat bat poster of Modi ji i think should in unique way just simply 75 yr- of independence (actually no need 2 tell, obvious thought came 2 mind share here ) anyways ऐ जो बारीक के मोसम में रस्ते गड्ढों से भर जाते हैं वैसे देखा जाए तो पाणि हलका ही होता है पर कितनी तबाही लाता है नहीं और ऐ बारीक कि बुंद तो ईतिसी होती है पर भी इतनी उप्पर से गिरने कि वजह से speeds matters उन खड्डो कि तकलीफ तो सब को होती especially old age pregnant woman & especially body ला किती सिसके बसतात, मान दुखते , स्त्रियांना कमरेचा त्रास होतो सहन करतो पन करते काहि नाही सर्व काही सरकार थोडि करनार पन आठवीं करुन देन्याच काम आपल anyways so to reduce damage in rainy season mix ingredients while making roads know all fact but trail error base in small roads do mix with परेली अस कि at least accident चा धोका राहनार नाही डांबर वापरतात आणि ते गरम कहते तेव्हा crush plastic/plants related waste even if possible cardboard पुठै ets उपरी सतह थोडि rough हो & inside hard soft things..
