Establish an University to teach and conduct research in Vedas and Upanishads like Indira Gandhi Open University Introduce tree for life program at Schools and University level. ( plant tree species which capable to fix atmospheric Carbon) Identify and train the educated youth as Climate Risk Manegers. Allocate fund for this. Allocate fund for scaling up the local level innovations in all sectors especially in Agricultural Sector.

Dear Sir PMJJBY and PMSBY are very good schemes. Similar schemes are required for Health facilities insurance at cheap rates for people of all classes. ( specially middle class who are always ignored) Also there should be insurance for job also for atleast those employees who are employed since last 5 years or more in any organisation, as this would result in job security. atleast relieve people from stress of unemployment on case of any slowdown in economy. Namaskaram Ji After independence the tax policy was to tax maximum on Rich earner was at 95% of income then was changed slowly now to slabs of different scale of earnings. Earlier after independence Law Makers in House were recognised as real people Seva karthas and was taking salaries. The tax rates were defined as common citizen earning and tax collected. Slowly at 75 years all Law Makers now a days of house at centre and state who has many cases does not seems to be real people Seva Karthas but seems to be party Seva Karthas to build party fund with many cases of immoral earnings and unethical. So for Law makers a separate slab, like special courts for their cases. Then Government Employees Separate Rate. Then should be private organisation separate rate. Salaried class should have separate with the high percentage for large earners. Sure there should be separate rate for Law Makers, Government and Non Government Employees earnings tax structure. Hello Sir, Instead of making big budget please focus on how we can change our work culture and rule on minimum wages. World is lookig at us as a cheap labour market where they can buy peoples for less price and squeeze them and earn lot of profit. Thats why many businessman in India are earning 100/200 CR a day and there employees cant even have proper salary as per the inflection in the country. Make a rule of minimum 1 Laks per month salary for freaher and other jobs like plumber, electrician, carpenter... should also ask for hourly charges for making there life as equel as rich person. Hope government will make on rules on work culture, working hrs, minimum wages, control real estate prices.
