Respected F M Ji, At present there are a very few surviving persons who had contributed to the National Savings Scheme, 1987. All of them must be very old. The account is no longer operated now. The balance amount in their accounts may kindly be refunded to them without deduction of income tax.

Comprehensive review is required regarding middle class people's consumption scenario. Due to heavy tax burden middle class sector consistently slowing down their consumption. In every budget Government do something for rich people, something for poor but nothing for middle class.
Middle class people are very much tolerant. They are tolerating everything since long back. To boost consumption middle class people's role play a havoc role. If consumption consistently go down due to salary stagnation and heavy tax burden we will never be achieved our target I.e Bikshit Bharat by 2047 due non achievement of targeted GDP. My suggestions on up coming budget:
1. Broaden tha tax base. you can bring more people under tax compliance by this simply imposing 1-2 percent tax.
2. Increase standard deduction
3. Reduce further tax rate in various slab under new regime
4. Make policy so that at least 50 crore people files returns and pay tax ( tax amount may be very little)

Respected F.M., It is difficult to new innovators to pay for every documentation like MOA and AOA, filing return to ROC and taking digital signature for creating a new company. The total cost for incorporating new OPC or other types of companies/LLP goes from Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- . However, there are more sectors and exploration in making research and development secttion of a company, which has capital in form of Computers, etc. For example, a person can make a Learning Management System (LMS) or can make e-commerce platform or he/she can make animation/film, etc. from the same resources (computers, office, etc.) But changing in these MOA or AOA can be also costlier. So, please make provision for newly incorporated STARTUP COMPANIES, for example, submitting affidavit only can do same thing for purpose, when it has no or less than Rs.10 lakhs income. Hope, you can make reforms in this budget, Thanks and with regards,
Amit Kumar Sinha
