Crypto industry is predominantly riddled with losses more often than not. As historically seen from past years , the probability of a crypto token stabilizing in the industry is very low and out of all the tokens created barring the existing leaders with the likes of bitcoin, ethereum etc and stable coins, almost 99% of the coins bite the dust. So, the probability of taking gains from a crypto project is very low compared to losses and on top of that we have seen the crashes of centralised exchanges like wazirx. There is little to no insurance when it comes to crypto exchange crashes/hacks , how come amidst all this volatility crypto traders don’t get an offset when it comes to losses?? Not to mention the 30% flat tax (and cess on top of that) all these will only deter the existing and future traders unless a reform comes in this sector. We will be missing out on fast growing web3/crypto investments , please consider a less than 10% tax rate and loss offset should be considered.Jai Hind

Freebies should be only for economically backward people. Income tax should be abolished for people earning less than 24lakh per annual. There should be no caste based reservation. Reservation quota should be shifted from caste based to income based quota ( only to economically backward people). We should start improving our government schools and colleges on par with private educational institutions. All private educational institutions should be scrutinised for making profits based on education. Farming/ agriculture should be part of education system. GST to abolished on all essential food items. All tobacco, soft drinks or unhealthy food items, alcohol drinks to taxed 100% - this will reduce consumption of these products. Fuel like petrol and diesel should come under GST so that we can have uniform pricing thru out the country. We should have taxes/fees collected on vehicles and roads to be used for improvement of roads and traffic management.

Ease of doing business:
Form 26AS of TDS and TCS as per Income Tax Act 1961.
As a business accountant we need to perform the 26AS reconciliation vis a vis ledger of our customers. Since the Invoice number column is not available on the 26AS we face hardships in doing the reconciliation.
Suggestion:
Provisions may be made for putting Invoice number and date in the eTDS returns which are filed by the customers so that it displays on the 26AS and it helps to do the reconciliation
