Opening medical colleges is fine creating more doctors is also fine privatisation of these colleges is also fine!but an average mbbs graduate from these colleges spends around 50 lacs to 1.5 crore for mbbs degree so when he passes out he has to recover that amount in next two or three years as he has either borrowed or taken loan .average doc salary is 50k a month that is 6 lakhs a year so all he has ONLY option left is to earn money thru nefarious means so there is malpractices and crime done

Loud speakers should be banned everywhere - all religious places, functions, election campaigns, etc. They create a lot of noise pollution and are very irritating. The worst affected are people who are not well and those who want to concentrate in some work.
