I respectfully suggest strict action against illegal migration and identity fraud. Any government employee or citizen involved in forging or helping create Aadhaar, ration cards, or other documents for illegal migrants should face severe punishment under law. Serious and organised cases may be investigated by specialised central agencies like the National Investigation Agency to ensure strong enforcement. Along with this, stronger digital verification, biometric checks, and audit systems should be used to prevent misuse. These steps will help protect national security and maintain the integrity of India’s identity systems.

I respectfully propose a “Taxpayer Benefit System” to encourage honest tax compliance and strengthen trust in governance. Paying taxes should feel rewarding for citizens who consistently comply. A “Trusted Taxpayer” digital status linked to PAN can be introduced for long-term compliant taxpayers, offering faster processing of services like passports, licenses, and registrations. Reward points for timely filing can be provided and redeemed for small benefits such as fee reductions in government services, property registration, or transport discounts. Health checkup incentives may also be considered. A simplified, pre-filled tax filing system will further reduce burden and improve compliance. These measures can improve voluntary tax payment and strengthen trust between citizens and the state.

I respectfully suggest measures to ensure complete transparency and accuracy in government spending. A unified, real-time public dashboard may be created where every rupee of expenditure is visible project-wise, showing allocation, actual spending, contractor details, and progress updates. All development works should be geo-tagged with time-stamped photo proof at each stage—before, during, and after completion. Payments must be milestone-based and released only after digital and field verification. An independent, continuous audit system with random inspections can help detect irregularities early. Open contracting should make all tenders, contracts, and contractor histories publicly accessible in a machine-readable format. Citizen feedback and verified complaints on completed works can further strengthen accountability. AI-based systems may also be used to flag abnormal cost variations or repeated contractor misuse. These steps can ensure transparency, reduce leakage, and improve

I humbly suggest strengthening India’s anti-corruption system through zero tolerance with due process. Mandatory asset disclosures with random audits can deter illicit wealth. An independent complaints authority should ensure transparent, time-bound investigations. Bribery, when proven through due process, must lead to strict action—dismissal, pension forfeiture, and prosecution, not mere suspension. At the same time, fair inquiry and evidence-based procedures must protect honest officials. Strong whistleblower protection is essential to encourage reporting, with safeguards against retaliation. These steps can build accountability, transparency, and public trust.

I humbly suggest measures to improve the speed and efficiency of India’s judicial system. Time standards may be set by case type with realistic limits—urgent matters resolved in days to weeks, commercial disputes in months, and complex trials through defined stages. Judicial capacity can be strengthened by filling vacancies, expanding strength, creating specialized benches, and supporting judges with trained clerks. Building on the e-Courts Mission Mode Project, e-filing, digital records, automated scheduling, and virtual hearings can reduce delays. Transparency through court-wise dashboards and limiting frivolous appeals with stricter rules can further improve efficiency. These steps can help ensure faster and more effective justice delivery.

Ayushman Bharat is a great welfare scheme. To make the scheme more visible and people centric, it is proposed that if a registered beneficiary does NOT claim any assistance during the financial year, as "NO CLAIM BONUS", a small amount (INR 5000/- or 8000/-) should automatically be credited using DBT. This will strengthen TRUST, as well be an INCENTIVE.

Sir, India as nation is blessed with the abundant solar energy. This blessing of Sun god may be utilized for preheating the cooking water. I have designed a simple split-unit operational setup, made with simple utensils readily available in the kitchen for preheating the cooking water. The thermal collection unit is placed under sunlight. The collected thermal energy is transported through water vapor and released in a water container in comparatively cooler kitchen environment. A saving of 10% LPG (cooking fuel) is easily achievable with the proposed setup. The complete detail is attached as a technical paper in PDF format.

“Respected Sir, In India, many road accident victims lose their lives due to delay in communication, especially in hit and run cases where immediate help is not available. The Golden Hour is very critical to save lives, but often it is lost because family members or emergency contacts are not informed in time. I am working on a prototype concept to send instant alerts after accidents to improve response time and ensure faster assistance. With appropriate support and guidance from the government, this solution can be developed further and integrated into real, industry-applicable systems. I humbly request you to raise awareness about timely emergency response and encourage such innovations that can help save lives. Thank you, Sir.”

Respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji, I humbly suggest measures to strengthen cleanliness across India. Daily, reliable garbage collection and availability of segregation bins (wet, dry, hazardous) in all areas should be ensured. Cleanliness may be tied to local governance by ranking wards based on performance, rewarding top areas with funding benefits and holding poorly managed zones accountable. Strict penalties of ₹1500–₹5000 for littering and illegal dumping should be enforced through digital systems to ensure transparency, with community service for repeat offenders. A mobile app can enable citizens to report violations with photo/video proof, offering small rewards for verified cases. These steps can improve accountability, participation, and help build a cleaner India.
