Restoration of the prestige of Kashi was a great historical event and performed by the Prime Minister of the country. It has raised the hopes of the people around Kashi and the country as a whole that it will usher in a period of positivity in all sphere of life. Kashi is not only a place of pilgrim rather it is older than Rome/Athens/Istanbul etc. Rome generates about 6.5 Billion Euros in tourist revenue and our ancient city has invoked the extraordinary curiosity of the whole world and has a bigger potential. People/leaders from all the Buddhist countries and people who like Oriental culture should be invited to visit Kashi in ceremony. The Air/water quality index in Kashi are not like those of Rome but can be improved by a master plan for its future. Industries in Kashi can expand their works in special economic/industrial zones created in nearby districts of UP/Bihar by offering incentive in tax & other plans. There is a need for round the year festivities in Kashi.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the negligent behaviour of local level administrative bodies, which always close the complaints or grievances of the affected people, submitted on portals like CPGRAM & JANSUNWAI (U.P. state portal) without any concrete redressal, in fact, the administrative bodies at district level have made it a trend to close the grievances without resolving satisfactorily in public interest , they just upload the closure statements in a way that the particular grievances will be resolved in due course of time or when the required fund is available, and this is the very problem that their due course of time never comes and they never get equipped with the funds required for the public works . This practice stains the theme of good governance. I have number of documents/grievances, where this dilly dally techniques have been used by the administrative bodies in my Distt Ballia U.P.

To protect our unique culture, this heritage and our feeling/love towards this animal as give message to all the world "Cow" must be declared our National Animal. There should be two category in declaring National Animal. Wild Category and Domestic Category. In Wild Category "Tiger" which is already our National Animal and In Domestic Category "Cow" should be our National Animal. India will truly shine when we will feel proud to protect our this Mother.
