Sir Every village should have one permanent display board for ingredients of natural farming and organic farming. There should be an app form Govt India for booking the soil testing of land and technicians should visit the applicant's land and collect the sample as per guidelines. The report of test and advisory should be given to landowner to change the land quality for better cultivation through Email/postal delivery. There should apilot project in all villages for organic farming initially through govt effort and success should be shown to villagers. The registration and participation in this project should be through online apps and voluntary basis.

I have been working since my school days on yoga-mind-body inquest on nature and metaphysics. The recent Nobel prize for medicine on sensing heat and pressure, gave me motivation to revisit, though yoga is not exact science, but we may have to develop both as art and where possible as science. So, funds, say for institutions like IISc biological-brain-computer centres, (multidisciplinary approach) can be given liberal funds...who knows next Nobel prize on these lines could be from India ( though I stop with this idea, but I am interested in No Poverty & Full Employment).. [ please note my inquest started with Tagore - Einstein, talk where Tagore observes whatever scientific findings, finally mind plays. Then reinforced by Baumic Mani on his laser sharp thinking reference to meditation; now, as above latest Nobel prize for medicine..)

My dreams, there are few even at this age of 66 1/2... partially retired... That, In India there is No- Poverty, say by this year end, 2022, let everybody work towards it. This would also create an Utopian State: Everybody is employed, busy and contributing to each one's capacity. Develop automated AI system to resolve long pending and more numbers of cases (ABC analysis) to be solved with such interface. Let parties know possible solutions before hand, let verdicts passed by overseeing or automated.. see, as an extension of this, similar updates can me made when new laws are made. We know before hand what to expect or not...

Similarly, we may have to revisit Parliament disruptions, not as opposing views, but different views, perceptions. Something like Facebook Walls, let each member create his or her wall, after vetting or without, make that available to all public & parliament members, past, present..Let officers consolidate views of all, let if possible, discussion go on walls, let everybody including judiciary informed of the process, views, results..even after making bills, rules, let these walls, pages, consolidations, resolutions available to all ( though, except, matters of security). We wish pray really productive and progressive, constructive approaches..

Dear Sir I thank you inviting ideas and happy to reflect on and putting down my thoughts or ideas: On agriculture reforms, should we develop a new method or mechanisms to resolve differences between parties, agencies on issues? Parliamentary method is good, should we have new thinking or revisit methods & procedures than disrupting or strikes?: One method I was thinking is on participatory action research, if there are differences, let us attempt try alternatives on comparative studies in few districts and see the results, then discuss and resolve, or even keep the laws on experimental basis to see results. Educate, involve encourage participation, make people to Own, a corporate strategy, no shame to any, just test on trial, no claim for credits or not, just focusing on maximizing goods, services, gains to people and at grass roots.

Manniye PM Mahoday .. It gave me immense pleasure to learn that scientific evidences of existance of Maa Sraswati rive do exist. It would be a great service to the mankind and Snatan Dharma in particular if the world knows about it. It would be befitting to convert the historical places along the Vedic course of Mata Saraswatic as Vedic heritage sites by developing various forms of modern yet vedic loaded infrstructures. या देवी सर्वभुतेषु बुद्धिरूपेण संस्थिता । नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः II

We need a regulatory body for private hospitals. When some private hospitals come to know that a patient has medical Insurance, they do not hesitate to get the most out of the Insurance by putting the patient through unnecessary, tortuous ordeal of detention in ICU , unnecessary tests, and giving unrelated medication by reporting wrong diagnosis. To make things worse they sometimes ensure that the patient is so deteriorated that they are compelled to use the home health care services of hospital

The tax on dividend income is very frustrating. Inspite of filling Form 15G correctly in time, tax is being deducted at Source by the registrars. Please Sir remove the tax on dividends in the hand of investors and reintroduce DDT.You have always advocated that your government believes in making life simple by removing unnecessary form fillings. So why make life complicated for small investors in low income group fill so many form 15 G s in a year to avoid TDS on dividend
