sir, most state governments create a lot of jobs for their party heads and their wives. This will become a liability for the future governments and the people. Firstly they may be stopped and no continuity be given for the job. No pension to be given. We have to evolve a system whereby the center machinery appoints the PSC and transparency and eligibility is assured. A thorough investigation be ordered in the Kerala case where every wife of a party leader is given high remuneration job. This has to be tackled by you. In Chennai in Jayalalitha's time, thousands of sq. kilometers of govt land was given to party workers. Another side of corruption. pleas tackle this

Most Respected Pradhan Manthriji, My humble prostrations to your golden feet. Having served two MNC Banks operating in India in Management Position; and retired, i have been noticing how bad the Government Employees and Nationalised Bank Employees treat the Public. The Unions control them and in turn the Unions are backed by primarily communist parties. In our Bank, every staff (both workmen & Management) are subject to Performance Appraisal once in 3 months and the Performance is rated with transparency. The Employee's reporting officer assess the employee's performance over the past 3 months and give the rating duly vetted by the Assessor's superior. If the Employee gets "below average" rating in two consecutive assessments, his services are terminated by giving one month notice period. Such a Performance Appraisal system should be in place in All Government Departments and Govt.-owned Organisations and Nationalised Banks. Humble Namaskars.

Sir.. The land is very scarce. We should not give it away for even housing to the poor . Edibility be made after 23 when married in 21 and looking for separate house and settlements. Give houses in flats, thereby leaving more land for agriculture/ greenery and oxygen for society. lease period may expire and surrender to govt in 50 years. his offspring shall not have any right on that flat. His children if eligible will get a house on getting 23 and married. he can keep flat on extended application and eligibility criteria . this will stop stop exploitation of his earning sons and his high pensions. He should also surrender the flat if his income goes 10% above the average GDP.

R/Sir, Road safety is one subject to be taught seriously at school level to imbibe safe road use and to reduce accidents. Also petroleum products are required to be sold by volume to be corrected for temperature coefficient. A few points are given in attached document for perusal please.
