Most Revered Modiji,
I am sharing the inspirational work of a late couple from Kerala for Mann Ki Baat. Sri. V. Balakrishnan and his wife Dr. R. Leeladevi had tirelessly worked for decades to translate most of the Sanskrit Vedic works; including the Vedas, Puranas, Aranyakas, Upanishads, Dharsanas, Mahabharata, Valmiki Ramayana, Devi and Bhagavata Purana to Malayalam. They have 11,394 printed pages (D1/8 size) in 67 books in the genre of children's literature alone. A full list of their works is available at: https://tinyurl.com/balaleela . They have published about 290 books including: 7 Encyclopedias including a Hindu Encyclopedia, 21 Novels, 24 Dictionaries, Various travelogues, short stories, biographies, studies, translations, study guides etc.

As Karmayogis, they never craved for recognition or awards. Many who had done much lesser work got Padma awards. I hope they deserve at least a mention from the Honourable PM.

Sir,
Following topics may be considered if found suitable -
1) Financial Literacy - Due to lack of financial literacy many citizens makes wrong investment decision thus losing hard money. Citizen should be make aware of ponzi schemes. Mainly young-stars are falling in the trap of forex, crypto and share market related frauds due to lack of awareness and greed to earn quick/easy money, which is common in our country. Also many people are afraid to file income tax due to lack of knowledge. Therefore, I feel financial literacy may be considered as a topic.
2) Cyber Fraud and Reporting- We all know about the magnitude of cyber frauds happening in India. The main reason for this is lack of awareness. Still some people are so unaware that, they easily share OTP and banking details to any unknown caller and thus losing money. Also some information on how to act in case of cyber bullying and how / whom to report may help the young students.

Please review the age for juvenile law. The punishment should fit the crime, not the age.
See the example of Nirbhay. The person who hurt her the most, was let off because he was a few months less than 18. He not only raped her, he also rammed a rusted rod into her vagina, rupturing both uterus and intestines. He was the prime cause of her death. Yet he is free because he was below 18 at the time of the horrendous crime.
So please ensure that the punishment fits the crime, whatever the age.

This is with respect to health care in India Instead of building tertiary care Hospitals in bigger cities what's needed is good primary and community health centers in India We need to strengthen our basic care because 95 percent of health issues can be tackled at these level. Because the easiset care thats available to people would be at PHCs and CHCs and I request you to spent more money at this level than at bigger hospitals. Bigger hospitals treat diseases which
have poor prognosis and we need to first strneghten our basic care and thats whats needed in India not big time care
