Sir,Why not a property cell be formed by central government wherein the people who find difficulty in paying the home loans can surrender their property and get a reasonable amount rather than the banks taking over it after the default of EMI.This is suggested because the bank after addition and multiplication, will not have any fund to pay us back.After the pandamic the financial conditions of many middle class people have become worse either by salary cut or medical expenses. The protection of Senior Citizen Act provides protection from family members only and not from the general public. Senior citizens are abused and deprived of their right to a safe and healthy lifestyle by being subject to abuse and bullying by miscreants, goons and corporates and the police refuse to register complaint under the Senior Citizen protection act as these incidents are not included in the Act. Kindly have the Act ammended to include insubordination, abuse and deprivation of rights from any person or organisation because of which seniors have to suffer humiliation , assault, damage to their property , harrassment and mental torture.

At present , 90 % ifvthevteachers' time is spent on documentation, administration and clerical work. But while measuring the performance of a teacher, research and technical skills are demanded.
