Dear Sir, I am a technology enthusiast and I am writing this email to you in context to an idea which may widely help in controlling terrorism. Observing the building tensions surrounding our nation, I wish to propose an idea which we may call it as "Satellite demarcation and tracking". It is basically demarking the boundary of our country (India) and whosoever passes through 'In or Out' will be tracked along with alerting the nearby security agencies to investigate the trespassers. I am not sure if there is already a solution in place but if you like the idea and plan to take it forward, I will be happy to be part of this mission in providing all my required support. मा. प्रधानमंत्री जी ! महोदय, आज हमारे देश में करोना की स्थिती नियंत्रण में है. किंतु करोना के नये व्हेरीयंट की वजह से रुग्ण संख्या के आंकड़ों की वजह से इंग्लंड, अमेरिका, रशिया जैसे बाकी देशों में हालात फिर से गंभीर बनते जा रहे है. खास कर इंग्लंड में करोना प्रतिबंधक टीकाकरण की प्रतिशत संख्या अधिक होते हुए भी बीते दो दिनों से रोज १ लाख से उपर नये मरीज आ रहे है यह भारत की लोकसंख्या को देखते हुए अधिक चिंताजनक है. इस तथ्य का सज्ञान लेते हुए मैं निम्नलिखित बिंदूओं पर आप का ध्यान आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ- १. हमारे देश एक राज्य केरल में जुलाई से सितम्बर तक करोना की ३ री लहर थी इस तथ्य को स्वीकार कर उसका उचित व्यवस्थापन होना जरुरी है. केरल राज्य में जुलाई से सितम्बर तक करोना की ३ री लहर के चलते परिणामस्वरूप २२ अक्तूबर से मृत्यू संख्या चरमसीमा पर है. इस तथ्य का भी सज्ञान लेते हुए उचित व्यवस्थापन होना जरुरी है. ताकि केरळ जैसी स्थिती अन्य राज्यों में न आये. किसी तकनिकी अडचन के कारण मै संपूर्ण निवेदन इमेज या पीडीएफ रूप में जोड नहीं पा रहा हूँ. -भारुकाका(महेंद्र गौरीकुमार बैसाणे)
