You have taken a very pragmatic step by withdrawing game changer Farm Laws to end the stalemate with farmers. In mann ki baat , I request you to take a step to resolve the problems of Banking sector, which has been delivery vehicle of many of projects launched by the Govt. To end the effect of commie trade unions in Banking, you need to bring the wage settlement at par with Central Govt departments and apply the same rules and regulation as applicable to Central Govt employees. This step will remove the apprehension of Bankers. NI Act holidays shall be changed to normal Public holidays as given to central Govt employees, as media reports the Banking holidays in a very dark state which keeps the public away from the Banking on many a days. Declare the Bank's money as Public money and the laws shall be made accordingly. The limitation act is very big hurdle in recovery of dues. To encourage digital banking, reduce Banking hours and make it 5 days Banking as it is for RBI, LIC & Gen Insur

Respected Modiji, Would like to suggest that all new Indian Rupee currency notes are printed with Expiry date on each . The life of a rupee note can be 5/7/10 years. The notes will have to be returned to banks after expiry . This would eliminate Hoarding of rupee notes . Thanks Sir

Honorable PMji,
1.The cost of health insurance has increased enormously.Kindly come out with a subsidised scheme applicable to all citizens.
2. The cost of living is rapidly increasing while the interest on deposits in Banks and post office is steadily decreasing.Senior citizens without pension have a tough time to eke a livelihood. Please allow the private banks to pay higher interest.
3.It is hightime to rethink on caste based reservation. It is the economic status which decides the backwardness of a person. The so called forward caste are pushed backward because they belong to a particular caste ,rewriting history.
