माननीय हम UP B. Ed. Tet 2011 पास लोगों को 7-12-2012 विज्ञापन को जारी करवाइए और हमारी रुकी हुई counselling शुरू करवाइए माननीय महोदय। प्रारंभ में सभी BJP के बड़े नेताओं ने आश्वासन भी दिया था मगर अभी तक 9 सालों में कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सरकार को LIBERTY भी दी है तो ये अन्याय क्यों। कृपया हम सब की भर्ती को पुनः शुरू करने के लिए UP GOVERNMENT को कहा जाय। धन्यवाद

At reaching 70 yrs. I realised that in most cases teachers,professors are intentionally put their marks or valuation against their students according their softness for any reasons.Therefore genuine talents remain in darkness. Many aspirants want to study Ph.d but don't get chance due to backing. Advise or guide such aspirant students who don't have any backing. Rich and ordinary student get chance in India.All talents remain in darkness.It's easy to complete ph.d in abroad.Seek their opinion.
