Dear Sir - I wanted to first congratulate this government for their focus on Good Quality of highways.
There is strong need to put Toll Plazas also in scan. They are not following any policy of leaving vehicles rather vehicles have to wait for more than 15-20 minute as an average. You can see this on all toll (I am frequent visitor from Chandigarh to Delhi and back from last 8+ years). Also I am observing this on Gadpuri Toll Plaza at Village Dudhola, Palwal,Haryana 121002 from ~20 days.
I propose to have camera before and after of toll plazas to check average time of passing vehicles (say 01 km either side). If time goes beyond specified values, Toll Plazas should be fined heavily. And passer by should get refund in their Fast tag valet automatically.
Best Regards, Tarun Varshneya

I am a student in Mangalore, Karnataka. I would like you to make education system in such a way that whatever must be necessary should only be taught in CBSE schools. Too much homework shouldn't be given as it might burden the extra curricular activities of students like me. A lot of students nowadays don't pay attention to extra curricular classes(sports, art and craft etc..) which decreases the opportunities of employment and better health (physically and mentally). I request you to pls make the important changes so that people can balance studies and extra curricular activities

Connectivity in rural areas has undergone a transformation in recent times. As General Manager of Punjab Sind Bank entrusted with implementation of Financial Inclusion when I used to visit villages to get FI implemented BC used to carry multiple SIM cards as one was uncertain in which location of village one could get connectivity & that also of which Telecom. Connectivity in villages is one of your major achievements.

Respected Sir,
To get any Government facilities we have to go through lengthy paper work which is time consuming and the it becomes the main instrument of corruption.
so, the government have all type of data of a person like Aadhar and other. I want to say that Government should made a centralised database of the citizens and government should give the facility according to the need with this the corruption also controlled.
for example in our area if any one want to get ration card then he have to give 2000 as bribe then only he could get the ration card issued.
other example like if any one want toilet grant then he have to pay 2000 and he would get 12000 from the government.
there is price for every Government service.
even if you want to issue any type of Government certification than also have to pay from 50 to any amount.
Here MLA, MP and other political leaders of BJP and other there is no differ
This is the story of Taraiya Block of Saran, Bihar.

Sir,
Thanks to startup India, Atmanirbhar Bharat and Jal Shakthi Nirman, I am rekindled plastics technologist who left my job to create a natural, zero-energy, zero-water wastge, zero need for replacing the filter media - taking technologies from CSIR and IITs to scale up and reach out to 4 lakh rural households ONLY through networking with NGOS, SHGs and CSr of the companies, and not through traders. I am also proud that I made toilet from solid waste dumped by wind mill companies, and not using cement, sand or water. This way I run WATSAN (as the name indicates Water and Sanitation) which are very essential and basic for the rural Indian who constitute almost 73% of the country's population. With more Make in India ephoria, I wish I could do it to all the last mile woman and child in India and make them get safe drinking water and sanitation. I have won 3 national awards and a fellowship from RAE London for my innovations and I swear to you sir, to work hard under your leadership.

Better Use of Solar For Farms
=============================
Government is providing solar pumps in large numbers to various farmers across india.
It is seen that solar panels from such pumps remain idle/unused when there is no water need for the farm, rainy season or when there is no water available.
Even when in-use such pumps are operated for only 1 or 2 hours as daily average.
This the Solar panels capacity remains underutlized.
It will be very good if instead of such standalone solar pumps, grid tie solar net metering system is provided alongwith conventional water pumps running from normal power supply.
This way the solar panels capacity will be fully utilized and also water can be supplied as and when necessary.
This will help DISCOMs to get green energy in their grid and overall benefit to all.
PLEASE take this up at national level for implementation.
Thank you.
