sir, In japan less population and less land not only japan many countries like this,
japan build infrastructure roads, malls, apartments& railway, metro many like this covered less land without wasting public property and not acquire agriculture land, they already planned what ever requirement it will coved with advance technology and Japan as a motivation not waste a single peace of land
But our india is completely different
* First step without make any plan project required 10%land but captured 20%
* In our country population high but less land even today crores of peoples not own a single peace of land
* Project before planning one area and construction start another area because of political pressure(politician, govt officers, film stars land etc)
* Mainly Project planned is required or not, without peoples opinion construction will start it useful or useless it will constructed
* In our country acquired first preferences to farmer land next non agriculture land.(no Space )

Bharath without beggars!!!
Our ancestors or history is telling us that centuries ago there were not beggars in Bharath. Now the situation has been changed and we are finding many beggars infront of temples and homeless on platforms. Its heart touching when they spread their hands for help. Here my concern is,when govt is providing houses, pension, ration and other facilities to people who are in need, y are we still seeing beggars in bharath? is it due to lack of data or govt is neglecting in providing to everyone? I would like to request modiji to vanish the begging system while achieving trillions of economy as budget.

Subject : Regarding making CITS compulsory for ITI instructor in entire Maharashtra state and county
Sir, just like it is compulsory to do D'Ed/B'Ed in 11th, 12th college, it is compulsory to have M.tech in Engineering college, similarly it is compulsory to have CITS certificate to become an ITI instructor. CITS = It's managed by the government of India's ministry of skill development and entrepreneurship According to MSDE to become an ITI instructor candidate can enroll in the craft Instructor Training Scheme CITS. There are a total 33 Central government college (NSTI) college in India.I am a native of Maharashtra state. Maharashtra had released the recruitment for 1457 posts of Craft Instructor last year in August 2022 but CITS was completely rejected in it.After doing CITS course, CITS candidate can only become an instructor at ITI college. DVET wants to snatch our place in that too. And it is requested that 100%/eligible CITS candidates should be taken in the recruitment.
