I am a customer of the Indian Bank. Without much planning, computer maintenance and updating have been undertaken, to take care of the merger with Allahabad Bank, without proper notice, since the 23rd. For the last 5 days or so, all digital transactions have been affected, including net banking, UPI and the ATMs, subjecting the people to enormous hardship. Though the government works for better protection of the consumers, those who matter do not appear to be keen to uphold those values.

Hon'bl PMji, I am submitting my 84 year old Grandma's views, (shehas been in the Spiritual path for the past 50 years) below. She suggests that according to the Hindu Sanatana Dharma Shastra, it's only through the propagation of the ideals promulgated in our ancient shastras that any positive and constructive change can be brought about in the society. Therefore the government must take measures to propagate the ancient wisdom in our society in all possible ways, by opening a new Department. TQ
