Responsive administration. The official e-mail ids of all Central Ministers/MPs/ State MLAs/MLCs may be published for the information of the general public. They may be asked to promptly acknowledge/reply to e-mails received from the public on suggestions/grievances. This would help in improving the general administration and make it more responsive. Many areas of governance still need improvement. For example, the date of posting/receipt on the postal franking stamp is still illegible.

Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan has been a real success and India has improved a lot drastically since the time of inception of the same. Lately, at times it’s effects have not been that much visible at the grassroot level due to various reasons. By way of this letter, I want to provide a solution to the government to address this problem of non-visibility of the success of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan at the grassroot in all the states and the union territories.

Sir, In the wake of COVID-19, introduction of VINYL/POLYMER/Plastic currency in all denominations may please be considered urgently. As we all know, dirty currency notes are one of the main sources of many infections. Currency notes currently in circulation get dirty very soon and are carriers of disease-spreading bacteria, whereas vinyl notes would be more hygienic, would last longer and hence would also be cost-effective in the long run. It would also be in line with your 'Swacch Bharat'

Instead of spending Crores of Rupees to erect grandiose statues of National leaders, that money could be usefully spent on building multi-specialty hospitals or institutes of higher education, to give free treatment to the needy poor or free education to promising students among the Economically Weaker Sections. These facilities could be named after those political leaders and the Aam Aadmi will gratefully remember them. A small statue could be built within the facility, in their memory.

MASK UP INDIA Sir, In the midst of the COVID Pandemic, emphasis may be laid not only on just wearing a mask, but also a CLEAN MASK. Many now continue to wear soiled masks. As many poor cannot even afford to buy a mask, they may be given a pair of washable masks free.
