Honorable Prime Minister, dear Narendra Modi ji, I am a resident of West Bengal. So, I can tell you that Chittaranjan, Kanchrapara, Alipurduar, Liluah Railway quarters etc. are 60 to 70 years old and becoming abandoned due to no maintenance . Earlier, there was talk of selling the railway quarters to willing Railway employees and the form was filled up. If that process is completed at this time, the government's treasury will be enriched at least in a short time.

Honorable Prime Minister, dear Narendra Modi ji, the quarters of INDIAN RAILWAY COLONY are 60, 70 years old (year 1947, 1948) or even earlier. Very few people live in those as lack of maintenance. If these quarters are sold at a low price to willing railway employees, then within a few days a good amount of money will be imported into the country's coffers , again many people will be settled so that the quarters are revived by private care and the colonies become habitable.

I think during this mann ki baat, you have to instill confidence in the people that everything is gonna be right. How's that possible?? By letting movements of people, many people are stranded all through out the country due to its unorganized or uninformed lock-down. People know now that what should be done. They are knowledgeable about the extent of this virus. Atleast you have to make 15 day window movement. Later on zone wise movements can be restricted. As we know, this virus will not go ea
