Covering various economical aspects of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on the occasion of the Panchayati Raj Day celebrated annually on 24th April and the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Ministry of Panchayati Raj and MyGov provide a strong source of inspiration to all citizens of this country inviting their ideas that could support the MSMEs and Cottage Industry in Rural India through the Panchayati Raj System.

A streamlined governance, especially at the local level benefits the nation as a whole. India is a signatory to the UN 2030 Agenda to achieve inclusive and people-centric sustainable development through the 17 SDGs. Thus, with greater cooperation from the citizens of India, efforts of the Government of India and the local bodies towards a qualitative and quantitative transformation of the rural economy, the celebration of the Panchayati Raj Day would be fulfilled.

Therefore, we value your ideas and suggestions that could strengthen the Panchayati Raj System of the country in playing an instrumental role in the rural economy of India.

Indian gdp growth through villages (idea only) 1)Make every indian villages as a "production unit" under the leadership of IIT...&and connect all "raw material producing villages" then IIT will give an idea which products to make with it,,,, 2)Also we need india's own online market&offline market to sell that village products 3)Make uniforms&home products with handloom-Khadi 3)create a "safe financial chain circuit" for village industry ...means its just like a parallel economy as like silk-route trade . government will give money to poor people to start a shop..every shopes are like a river &they save all profit in that river & government give salary to each shop employees..👍,,so there will be step by step increase in indian economy..etc etc...... varun

महोदय जी, ग्रामीण परिवेश के उद्योगों को बढ़ाने के लिए एक ऐसी व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए कि उस क्षेत्र में होने वाले उद्योग की बिक्री की समुचित व्यवस्था हो या सरकार उस बने सामान को बेचने की व्यवस्था करे। ताकि कारीगर को समय पर पैसे/मजदूरी मिले और वह आगे के काम को बिना किसी परेशानी के कर सके। बैंक से मिलने वाले ऋण में कागजी कार्यवाही कम से कम हो। ऋण मिलने में सुविधा हो कि ये ग्रामीण उद्योग को बढ़ावा दे रहा है। उसके द्वारा किए कार्य में अगर कोई कमी है तो उसको दूर करने के लिए प्रशिक्षण की व्यवस्था हो। खुशीराम डबराल।

SUGGESTIONS - 1 THE GOVTS - CENTRAL / STATE - SHOULD TRANSFER FUNDS DIRECTLY TO THE PANCHAYAT COMMITTEE BANK ACCOUNT WITH KYC AND JOINT SIGNATORIES TO THE ACCOUNT 2 THE PANCHAYAT COMMITTEE SHOULD THEN FURTHER TRANSFER FUNDS TO THE MSME / COTTAGE INDUSTRY - IN A JOINT ACCOUNT WITH JOINT SIGNATORIES IOF MSME / COTTAGE INDUSTRY 3 THE PANCHAYAT COMMITTEE SHOULD IDENTIFY THE - SPECIFIC AREAS OF STRENGTH IN THE CONCERNED PANCHAYAT AREA - LIKE - HANDICRAFTS / ANY OTHER SIMILAR - MANUFACTURING - SPECIFIC ITEMS OF PRODUCTION AND PROMOTION IN THE PANCHAYAT RURAL AREA 4 AN AUDIT SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT ANNUALLY OF THE PANCHAYAT COMMITTEE JOINT BANK ACCOUNT TO ENSURE PROPER UTILISATION OF THE FUNDS TRANSFERRED 5 ANNUALLY THE PANCHAYAT COMMITTEE SHOULS SEND A REPORT - QUARTERLY OF THE PROGRESS MADE TO THE CENTRAL / STATE GOVT - CONCERNED DEPARTMENT - MINISTRY

India's population is mostly residing in rural areas and that too dependents in agriculture sector and it's allied activities. Hence we need to set up cottage industries and MSMEs based on the rural needs and necessaties. Mostly people and farmers are getting their needs from towns and are totally dependents on such items which are imported for their agriculture instruments and accessories. So in this connection, it would be better to have a look on sustainability in manufacturing such instruments and necessaries from.our own industries that can run locally without much budget and can prepare hand made small cottege industries. Rural youth gt employment also with these small cottage units and rural development is also possible.Productivity od the nation improved. Exports can be exported. Imports will be reduced.We can save foreign exchange too.Self sustainability is possible.Grameena vikas will be flourished with great shining vigorosity.India wil become a self reliant&self supportive
