Covering various economical aspects of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on the occasion of the Panchayati Raj Day celebrated annually on 24th April and the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Ministry of Panchayati Raj and MyGov provide a strong source of inspiration to all citizens of this country inviting their ideas that could support the MSMEs and Cottage Industry in Rural India through the Panchayati Raj System.

A streamlined governance, especially at the local level benefits the nation as a whole. India is a signatory to the UN 2030 Agenda to achieve inclusive and people-centric sustainable development through the 17 SDGs. Thus, with greater cooperation from the citizens of India, efforts of the Government of India and the local bodies towards a qualitative and quantitative transformation of the rural economy, the celebration of the Panchayati Raj Day would be fulfilled.

Therefore, we value your ideas and suggestions that could strengthen the Panchayati Raj System of the country in playing an instrumental role in the rural economy of India.

Agro allied business is need for this century for farmers for increase their income. for such agro entrepreneurship, young farmers should take steps using e-commerce and problem solving startups etc. basically farmers have advantages of their self controlled input supply chain from farm and their alled activities as manufacturer or process oriented production. agro tourism is great oppurtunity as entry in tourism industry for large agro farm holders. for this respective panchayat shall create atmospheres of entrepreneurship by reliable support and training in relevant areas.

उत्तर प्रदेश में हर गांव में खासकर पूर्वांचल में ( बनारस, से भदोही होते हुए जंघई ) तक अमूल का या फिर कोई और दूध का सरकारी छोटी छोटी दुकान खोलने कि आवश्यकता है, ताकि हर गांव में दूध का वितरण हो सके तथा हर गांव में कम से कम चिकित्सा कि सुविधा हो जहाँ MBBS डॉक्टर उपलब्ध हो सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त मेडिकल स्टोर हो, इसी प्रकार जैसे शहरों में e टैक्सी उपलब्ध है वैसे हि गांव के हर एक बाजार में महानगर पालिका में जिला में e टैक्सी कि सुविधा उपलब्ध हो और वहाँ पर मेरा मानना है कि हिरे का कारोबार भी बड़ी ही तेज़ी के साथ फल फूल सकता है इसमें व्यापार के लिए MSME बड़ी भूमिका निभाने में सक्षम है ।

हमारे छत्तीसगढ़ में इस दिशा में काफी पहले से काम शुरू हो चुका है। नरवा गरवा घुरवा बाड़ी जैसी योजनाओं को ग्राम पंचायतों से सीधे जोड़ कर, और दो रुपए प्रति किलो में, गोबर खरीद कर, आमजन को सीधे आर्थिक लाभ पहुंचाया गया है। एक रूपए की कीमत, गांव में अधिक होती है (तुलनात्मक) गोधन को bioreactor जैसे treatकरते हुए, अनेक लाभकारी गतिविधियां,गोठान से संचालित हो रही हैं।ब्लाक स्तर पर C MART जैसी सहकारी दुकानों से ग्रामीण जनों के उत्पाद विश्व स्तर पर बेचे जा रहे हैं। इसका अनुकरण,पूरे देश में होना चाहिए।

We are already experienced this work and we provide training our rural area students and innovator. They can develop their idea and give innovation to the village for development. we were provided robotics and coding workshop in their native language so they can learn fast and develop their skills. Panchayats in Rural India and Municipalities in Urban area have funds required for the development of infrastructure and overall development of Society.MSME and Cottage industry can be given boost by them through finance, services, market, advertisement , They can purchase products from MSME and cottage industry for themselves, as sponsorers and increase sale for the development of MSME and Cottage Industry. People would follow them too. Go Vocal for Local and Local to Global should be the policy which would encourage 'Made In India' and 'Make in India' products. Government should uplift but common people should make it possible.

separate office of SWAMITVA scheme can be setup in every panchayat where allocation of land and it's disputes can be resolved at the local level thereby saving money and time of litigants

In rural india ,cottage industry and msme has there own rawmaterials and human resorces ,to develop it ,panchayat need to be given structure to provide such industry platform for sales / marketing / digital media ,for marketing there products to other states and international zones ,directly without traders or middleman doing exports and trading ,will boost economy and will inspire cottage industry to spread and grow ,also financial support from govt as in loan ,land , as import ,infrastructure support of transport ,road ,trains ,airport ,water ,electricity ,administration offices etc
