Covering various economical aspects of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on the occasion of the Panchayati Raj Day celebrated annually on 24th April and the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Ministry of Panchayati Raj and MyGov provide a strong source of inspiration to all citizens of this country inviting their ideas that could support the MSMEs and Cottage Industry in Rural India through the Panchayati Raj System.

A streamlined governance, especially at the local level benefits the nation as a whole. India is a signatory to the UN 2030 Agenda to achieve inclusive and people-centric sustainable development through the 17 SDGs. Thus, with greater cooperation from the citizens of India, efforts of the Government of India and the local bodies towards a qualitative and quantitative transformation of the rural economy, the celebration of the Panchayati Raj Day would be fulfilled.

Therefore, we value your ideas and suggestions that could strengthen the Panchayati Raj System of the country in playing an instrumental role in the rural economy of India.

The Cottage Industries play an important role in the Indian Economy and generation of employment opportunities to the unemployed youth of the Country. Cottage Industries not only play a crucial role in providing large employment opportunities but also help in Industrialization of rural and backward areas of the country thereby reducing the regional imbalance, assuring more equitable distribution of national income and wealth. It also contributes enormously to the socio economic development of the country.

The major challenges faced by the Cottage Industries in the country is credit flow from the financing institutions and also the marketing of Khadi and Village Industries Products. To overcome this challenge, the handholding support is being provided to the Khadi Institutions and Village Industries Units for availing financial assistance from the Banks under the Scheme namely Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) and SFURTI.

देश के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रो में खाद्य प्रसंस्करण, बागवानी और मोटे अनाज के पैकेट बनाने का कसम आसानी से किया जा सकता है।असीम सम्भावनाये कृषि और बागवानी से हर हाथ को काम मिल सकता है।नई तकनीक का प्रयोग करके कृषि और बागवानी से उत्पन्न उत्पादन से देश का निर्यात क्षेत्र बढ़ जाएगा।देश आज आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर बढ़ रहा है।

भारत देश की आबादी सवा अरब से ऊपर है।सबको रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने के लिये सरकार अनेको प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम चल रही हैं।कौशल विकास के लिये सरकार हर जगह कार्यक्रम संचालित कर रही है।जिनमे प्रशिक्षण लेने के बाद युवाओ को रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध हो रहे है।नए उद्योगों को लगाने के लिये सरकार बैंकों के माध्यम से कम ब्याज दर पर धन लोगो को उपलब्ध करा रही है।ग्रामीण क्षेत्रो में जहाँ देशकी 75%आबादी निवास करता है।उसे कुटीर उद्योगों के द्वारा ही उनके जीवन को सवारने का काम किया जा सकता है।

चरखा जनता को अनुदान पर चरखा उपलब्ध कराये जा सकते हैैं हाथ चाखी जनता को अनुदान पर हाथ चाखी का वितरण करा जा सकता है।हैण्ड़पम्प हैण्डपम्प को बढ़ावा दिया जाए।

Panchayat can set up a cooperative society for regular selling of the products of composite firming .panchayet can erect four ponds in each village The production of wooden crafts, leather items, medicinal plants, potteries and woollen or cotton materials must be purchased by local agencies for exports An entrepreneur's centre cum skill development centre of knitting, weaving and crafting must be opened to all. loan, aid or arrangement of the working capital and further technical support must be provided without any discrimination. women and girls should be encouraged through subsidiary allowance. The power and connectivity should be uninterrupted above all there must be a regular purchaser of the produced items.

First banks should come forward to give loans to those who do small business. Unfortunately banks do not encourage such people. After doing proper verification and if there is a clean loan repayment records banks can give loans. Unfortunately some banks avoid giving loans to deserving people. This should not happen. Bank should encourage prompt loan repayers and come forward to support them. For cottage industry a separate team in all Village Panchayats should be formed and it should give all information to those who needs loan. Experts should guide on how they can earn profit and help our country. Bribe and corruption free administration should be there in all Panchayats. A local grievance redressal mechanism should be there. Any one can approach there and seek solution. An awareness programs on various loan schemes and government schemes should be there. Many are not aware of such schemes provided by the Government. Implementating this idea will benefit many people. Jai Hind 🇮

Sir, jo logh puri umar theater pe laga dete hai.. Par koi income nahi hota.. Ush sangthanon ko lekar agar koi helping ho sakhe to aasha karti hun.
