Covering various economical aspects of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on the occasion of the Panchayati Raj Day celebrated annually on 24th April and the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Ministry of Panchayati Raj and MyGov provide a strong source of inspiration to all citizens of this country inviting their ideas that could support the MSMEs and Cottage Industry in Rural India through the Panchayati Raj System.

A streamlined governance, especially at the local level benefits the nation as a whole. India is a signatory to the UN 2030 Agenda to achieve inclusive and people-centric sustainable development through the 17 SDGs. Thus, with greater cooperation from the citizens of India, efforts of the Government of India and the local bodies towards a qualitative and quantitative transformation of the rural economy, the celebration of the Panchayati Raj Day would be fulfilled.

Therefore, we value your ideas and suggestions that could strengthen the Panchayati Raj System of the country in playing an instrumental role in the rural economy of India.

India is rich with the poor and human resources. Cheaply available skilled labour, man power, and talented youth are plenty. They need training to sharpen their skills.Hence cottage industries, MSMEs are to be set up to meet the employability of our youth. Many youth are not aware about the opportunities where wil be asked and available. In this light, the youth must be trained in sharpening their skills to get good opportunity in Cottage industries and small scale industries. They get employment and thus unemployment problem will also be resolved. Local viability and resources must be identified and utilizing that resources , cottage and small units will be started by youth on their own. Parents will also be happy. Govt should connect the ITIs, Polytechnics,Vocational institutions,Engineering colleges,skill training centres,ATLs,Colleges,etc with industries and Units.Sothat entrepreneur skills will be nourished to meet the industrial needs and skilled manpower increasing productivity.

Hi PM Narendra Modi ji ,mai app se ek bat share karna chahta hu bahut important hai.sir ,Mai raipur industrial area bhagwanpur roorkee me kam karta hu.yaha worker logo ko 8 hours ka majduri 300 rs .hai or OT ka per hours 30 rs.hai.hamara aap se niwedan hai ki en dono ko badhaya jay or ese 500rs or 50 rs minimum K iya jay.or dukh ki bat hai ki jab salary aati hai to Esme v cut kr diya jata hai.

प्रदेश के अनुसार बगीचे बनाने की कोई योजना बना सकते हैं जिसमें5 बीघा तक के सीमांत किसानों साहसिको को बीज, संवर्धन, तालीम, साघन सहाय, विक्रय सहायता आदि से कचटी उदयोग को बढा सकते हैं।

पंचायती राज व्यवस्था लोकतंत्र की नीव है। इसके द्वारा सामाजिक,आर्थिक व राजनैतिक न्याय पंचायत स्तर पर सशक्त हो सकता है। जैसे मनरेगा मे संशोधन कर खादी बनाने की योजना,औषधीय पौधारोपण व इनके उपज का उघोग रूप मे इस्तेमाल। पंचायत द्वारा ग्राम स्तर पर पापड़ बनाने व अन्य आय प्राप्ति के कुटीर उद्योगों को प्रोत्साहित करना व दौसा जिले मे स्थापित MSME पार्क की तर्ज पर हर जिले मे MSME पार्क स्थापित कर इनकी शाखाएं उपखंड व ग्राम पंचायत पर इनकी शाखाएं स्थापित करने MSME उघोग का स्थानीयकरण होकर प्रगति होगी। राजस्थान सरकार ने सभी उपखंड(Block) स्तर पर औधोगिक क्षेत्र खोलने का निर्णय लिया है इससे उपखंड स्तर पर MSME उघोग स्थापित होने से आर्थिक संवृद्धि व आर्थिक विकास होगा। खादी ग्रामोद्योग के केन्द्र प्रत्येक पंचायत स्तर पर होने चाहिए। सामान्य कृषि के साथ पशुधन व डेयरी व खाली जगह पर बागवानी करना पंचायत को आर्थिक रूप से आत्मनिर्भर बनाना। हनवंत सिंह राठौड़ गांव रायपुर जिला पाली 9928473247
