Second hand cars or resale property will attract 20% tax.
Capital gain tax must be increased to 10% in property sale or shares sale.
0.1% tax on cash withdrawal above RS. 25000/-

90% housing loans possible. 20% service tax on estate agent commission. Commission amount must be paid by cheque only and compulsion to mention in property agreement. Buy or sale or rent agreement. Most of the black money is in this industry.
Loan repayment of amount upto 3 lac will be deducted from total income.

Many superstores chain stores and websites offers discounts and they charge taxes on discounted value. Make it compulsory to attract tax on MRP for retailers.

1) Foreign ready to eat food chains will attract heavy taxes of 20%.
2) colas soft drinks will attract 20% taxes
3) packaged ready to eat food will attract 20% tax.
4) readymade garments above RS. 1000 will attract 5% CST.1% CST on garments below RS. 1000/- MRP.
5) chocolates coffee tea will be taxed heavily.
6) Lawers fees should be paid by cheques and 20% service tax will be applied.
7) architects interior designers cameraman film industry technicians will pay service tax of 20%

श्रीमान जिन चीजों पर गवर्नमेंट सब्सिडी देती है उन पर कोई भी टैक्स नहीं होना चाहिए जैसे पेट्रोलियम डीजल पर इससेcomplicity बढती है।

2) entertainment tax and service tax on cinema and digital television to be increased to 20%.
3) India needs 10 lac crore for infra and low housing projects. Tax heavily for two years to collect money for infrastructure
4) Housing loans car loans service tax to be increased by 5%
5) Diesel cars will be taxed 20% more.
6) CNG and electric cars will get 50% tax reduction
7) solar panels will have only 1% tax

1) Spread rupay card swipe machines to micro level. This will bring all transaction under microscope.
2) gross salaries 12 lac and above will attract tax of 35%. Salaries above 20 lac will attract 40% income tax.
3) Foreign money transfer and exchange will attract 10% tax.
4) Foreign visa will attract 25% service tax.
5) medical bills will attract 20% service tax.
6) entertainment tax should be increased to 20%.
7) Income above 2 lac will be taxed 10%.
8) school fees service tax 10%

1) Pan card compulsory for all property transactions rent or buy and sale. Central tax of 2% on property sale or renting.
2) Compulsion to add property agent details in agreement and commission paid. Service tax of 20% on commission earned by property agents.
3) Increase tax on cars and two wheelers by 25%
4) Increase tax on air travel by 3%.
5) many companies pay professional charges to many employees and only service tax is deducted. There is no income tax. Tax such professional
