Came to know about PAN camps. PAN is just a number. if we already have 90 crore plus aadhar numbers...why can't we just allot PAN to all of them. Just a thought.
2. Why not impose a minimal, say 0.1 % tax on agricultural income and get rid of black money disguised as agricultural income once and for all.

1. The income tax deptt must come out with a more user friendly software like used by a website " CLEAR TAX" for filing returns. 2. There must be an effective check on the fees charged by CAs and tax practitioners for filing returns. 3. Tax collection from businessmen be improved. There is big tax evasion by them as most of their transactions are in cash. 4. Ease of doing business should not be confused with facility for tax evasion.

Dear sir,
if RBI introduce RS 8/- and Rs 80/- Notes and coins introduce in market,
and also in lots of quantity,
Then no lum-sum price or inflation take place in market,
one of big reason of inflation is BIG problem of Change, so if instant of 12/- or 18/- i put my product price Rs 15/- or 20/- in round figure,(here 10% to 25% inflation only because of lake of change,
If RBI issue coins and small notes in market the problem automatic solve,

last time high inflation and high taxes didn't went well with government across world in last 300 years. Marie Antoine Queen of France said like our politician that if people can't have bread they can have cake. she and her husband got their heads chopped by common man. be careful when you play with fire.

this won't help it may be good for headlines but tax evasion will increase. common man spends most of his earning on essential item and his earning comes after deduction of 30% tax and TDS. now you add 30% tax imposed by inflation due to stimulus package or monetary expansion because rich want their property to increase in value. so poor guy ends up paying 60% tax. I would be surprised if he won't evade taxes.

Taxation and retail inflation should be linked the more the inflation the lesser taxation as inflation is basically added tax to already existing tax. apart inflation figures should be honestly reported. During UPA time retail food inflation was 30% on monthly basis while reported inflation was 6% due to accounting chicanery and fishing figures with wrongful reporting by simply removing commodity from calculations.

I strongly agree with Sujit Lotlikar.
My suggestion is for indirect taxes.
Indirect modvatable taxes should be highest on basic raw materials. Then at each value addition the tax slab should be in such a way that tax evasion remains unattractive for each stage of value addition.
Pl do not bring GST as it will create more problems.
Instead increase transparency and efficiency by making Gov't. Officials accountable for entire system.
Do not allow Gov't. Officials to harrass people.

sir,we to need ban housing investment, investor buy flat/duplex only for higher gain, occupancy of bldg is always nil, average life of bldg is 40 year, new building quality is dangerous,it is waste of material resource, for fake demand all farm/hill/greenery is disappearing.I suggest for budget2016 exclude ancestral houses and one flat/house per person, enrollment in Adhara card all flat ownership in India,we need to levy high percentage of tax FOR MORE THAN one Ownership in cross states,

my suggestion is burn or destroy 20% of money issues by value and volume. it will help in 2 ways one it will cripple inflation as inflation is due to excess money sloshing around so RBI will reduce rates on other hand it will cripple parallel black economy and old n hidden currency notes will be forced out in circulation. so hand over money issuing power to RBI and let it do monetary compression needed.
