It is my idea to promote pragmatic approach to our tax system. A simple and viable tax system to stimulate growth and ensure parity across the society, Each according to their need and each according to their ability to pay tax. How to realize this task which is huge in nature? Please kindly read the following with your utmost consideration.
We face huge task in collecting direct and indirect tax and irrespective of all efforts we fail and black money and hoarding of assets happen regularly.

with govt in interest free bonds for 6yrs, so govt will be free to utilise this money for 6 yrs and even by simple bank rate of interest on Fixed deposits, govt is able to recover amount of tax due on this black money. I feel people compliance will be better as foriegn banks also dont give any interest on this money. but confidaciality of people must be ensured to remove their fears

Dear Sir, this is regarding black money stashed abroad, the current govt policy hasnt yielded much money inspite of great speculation. I feel basic reason is that people who have stashed money abroad, they never want to pay tax, so if we are going to offer them 30%+30% t
tax on their money they are not interested in discosing it to govt. we need out of box solution for that. My suggestion is that govt should allow them to bring back their money without any taxation but it should be deposited wi

Increase Tax audit limit from 1 crore to 1.50 crore and 25 lakhs to 50 lakhs. This will help to avoid extention in filing of TAR & ITR. And suppose if due to some unavoidable circumstances if there is extention, then please automatically extend all the dates of filing TDS returns, ROC returns VAT returns and VAT audit reports. Also increase mandatory service tax registration limit from 10 lakhs to 25 lakhs

Make paper money vanish from the market. Every transaction should be done through debit cards. Everybody should be issued PAN/TIN . Tax evasion then would be impossible. But this applies to our politicians too. They don't Eben want the political parties to bring the RTI banner. How can they implement this.

Govt rule on charging of stamp duty on loan agreement needs rethinking. Stamp duty on Mudra loan up to Rs 50000 should be waived along with charging of processing charge. presently Minimum Rs 1000 stamp duty is required for loan upto Rs 50000. The burden on poor entrepreneur be reduced.

NGO,Charitable institution,CO-operative sector, etc.are the important media of development,Govt. utilize the sources of such institution. The income tax department are misusing the time, energy and money of country by scrutinizing such domestic institution and charging taxes by fictitious logic, which is always cancelled by appellate authority. The order should be given to CBDT not to harass such NGO,co-operative sector.further, they should be utilized for various development works for our nation.

To promote legal registration of Property sell / purchase transactions, stamp duty & registration fees shall be on the difference of present registration amnt (or guideline) less previous transaction value of the said property. Same like Capital Gain calculation. Atleast this should be started with any property bought / sold within 3 years, so all unaccounted (PoA type) deals will be channelised.
