Dear sir,
I am requesting you to take an advanced tax policies so that we can have a great economic development. Kindly see possibility to increase cap of individual tax slab from 2.5 lakhs to 5.00 lakhs as we can see most of the people who are escaping from paying tax is just not these salaried and low networth individuals. make some extra tax on transactions which are in more than 1 lakh in amount which gives impression that only high networth people can do that and exclude medical emergency.

taxes should be levies as per what benefits/services given against that tax collected. In this respect I would like to have separate personal tax by India government for each citizen. The tax amount collected should suffice the needs of Defense/Home security. It should cover every citizen above 21 years of age including farmers. It may be not be made compulsory for individuals having income less then say 2.5 lacs. This will ease the burden of OROP. and no one will complain

Avoid any tax on savings and investments. Avoid tax on basic necessities. Tax only the end product usage. Tax is for government earning. Improving the operating efficiency of government companies can resolve the issue to great deal.

1. Banking Transaction Tax may be introduced on trial basis for amounts above 10K by abolishing all other modalities like Demand Draft, Cheques etc.
2. Corporates be made to adopt one village under CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY and the amount spent therein be treated as expenditure or a good portion of this be adjusted against their Income Tax.

Link everyone with Aadhar card. Link all bank accounts and everyone with Aadhar card. Issue a government Visa card to discourage use of hard cash. All money transactions should be done only through credit cards or online. Same should be applicable for government offices. Investment should also be allowed proportional to earning. People don't mind paying tax if they get the facilities from government. Take example of European countries. They have very high tax but education and health is free.
