There should be a central portal where all certificate should be verified, like it can be verified on digilocker. This is possible only if it's certificate is given up code number. This would also reduce the risk of fraudulent certificates.
As far as award giving is concerned it should not be based on who beats whom but should be based on who steps forward and expresses theself the best.

Awards were awarded for knowledge and their own invention came from their efforts, this awarding bodies must considered because as a nation all are equal and all are human being for example anyone can achieve anything at any time depending on their focus inner strength and courage which comes from stability of mind, so small child can achieve a big thing so it must be awarded but this identification is really difficult and more over awards has many dimensions and it is depend on your views

First if all Awarding bodies are freely functioning in their sector without any Political Pressure that is more important and then the Members of the Awarding to equal priority in all States. This Awarding bodies head of the department is PrimeMinister, but the selection shall be the Board Members and the Recommended to the PM in Judges Panel of the Supreme Court. This is the correct way of the process.

SIR, THE ANOTHER PARAMETER FOR WHICH IS FOR RECOGNITION OF THE AWARDING BODIES IS THE FAIRNESS AND CLEANS OF THE HEALTH AS WELL AS THE WORK AND THERE WORK MUST NOT BE DISCLOSED TO RIVERA L OR WE CAN SAY THAT IN OTHER WORK THE COMPETITORS BY THERE EMPLOYEE NEEDED STRICT SUPERVISION, THE AWARD MUST BE GIVEN TO ON THE BASIS OF MERIT NOT THE BASIS OF MAJORITY AND THAT SHOULD BE ACCESSED BY THE BOSS. SIR, SOME TIME WE HAVE TO GIVE TIME FOR SELF ASSESSMENT SO THAT THEY CAN IMPROVE THERE PERFORMANCE NEEDED GUIDANCE TO WHEN EVER THEY FEEL DIFFICULTY, THERE IS AN PHASE IN ENGLISH " NO BODY IS PERFECT" BUT AT THE SAME TIME THERE IS AN ANOTHER PHASE IN ENGLISH " PRACTICE MAKES MAN PERFECT ". 2) INTEREST IN WORK,
3) HOW MUCH HE UNDERSTAND THE WORK AFTER THE COMPLETION OF WORK,
4) TIME TAKEN TO COMPLETE THE ASSIGN WORK,
5) THE ACCURACY OF THE WORK WHICH IS ASSIGN TO HIM,
6) IS END AS WELL AS INTERNAL CUSTOMER ARE SATISFIED,
7) IF ALL PARAMETER ARE SATISFIED THEN GIVE MARKS FOR OUR OF SIX MUST BE FIVE SO THAT THEY CARRY THE ACTIVITY IN FUTURE.
