One of the pillars of Digital India is to provide pan-India internet access through broadband highways. In sync to this, BharatNet is being successfully executed to provide optical fiber connection to 2,50,000 Gram Panchayats by 2019. Some experts have suggested that India can leverage its current cable infrastructure to provide last mile internet access via cable lines and ensure internet for all.

In this regard, MyGov is inviting citizens of India to give suggestions on policy and technology infrastructure that can lead to this access revolution, fulfilling the below-mentioned objectives
1) What are the possibilities from policy and technology perspective to maximize the usage of our cable network?
2) What are the potential challenges that could emerge in this process?
3) On comparing opportunities to challenges, does this emerge as a viable option?

#My govAll people suggest provid a broadband connection to panchayat or gov office and they will provide it to public i think don't do like this, on the level of panchayat they didn't give this facilities to public i suggest you please implement a network tower everywhere in india and for that charge as lowest as possible to public for using network because whatever we got as free we haven't value of this now a day's everyone use mobile and from that automatically becomes digital india

gud evng sir , I am a ncc cadet with 57 up battalion ncc unnao It suggested that rather than repeatedly carrying out plantation drive in schools/ clolleges during monsoons, the district magistrates should be asked to identify and provide government wastland or reclaimed land for afforestation. This will increase our green bely considerably. thank you .

Engage with private institutions to conduct education drives, seminars in all districts, taluks etc to educate new internet users about effective usage. Many new cable operators who're operating in cities should be encouraged to provide service in rural areas. Infrastructure challenges should be dealt asap or else we give more opportunities to MNC's to come to India and exploit our needs. Govt ads can encourage people to use cable internet across the country.

Good initiative by the government. Need to maintain cables for year-long uninterrupted Internet access. Wireless infrastructure should be developed using these cable lines so that dependency on wires reduces which helps in minimizing costs of maintenance. Dependency on proprietory softwares should be reduced, more people should be educated to use Internet in safety. Personal and institutional data of new users should be stored in India for better connectivity and privacy.

I'm in small business after retirement trying 2 give employment. I find very good pro vision of 'Unregistered' business under GST it encourages people 2 start business. My suggestion is 2 change the status to 'Registered but GST Exempt' This'll provide complete detail of all those in business while retaining the advantage of Unregd businesses. Changing over from VAT I got automatically regd under GST but since turn over's less than ₹20l I applied to surrender. This gives feel of unknown B'man ..
