One of the pillars of Digital India is to provide pan-India internet access through broadband highways. In sync to this, BharatNet is being successfully executed to provide optical fiber connection to 2,50,000 Gram Panchayats by 2019. Some experts have suggested that India can leverage its current cable infrastructure to provide last mile internet access via cable lines and ensure internet for all.

In this regard, MyGov is inviting citizens of India to give suggestions on policy and technology infrastructure that can lead to this access revolution, fulfilling the below-mentioned objectives
1) What are the possibilities from policy and technology perspective to maximize the usage of our cable network?
2) What are the potential challenges that could emerge in this process?
3) On comparing opportunities to challenges, does this emerge as a viable option?

Made policy to tie-up with private telecom to use broadband cable connections to share internet, to reduce cost and share profits. limit wireless internet connectivity for commercial use and to promote bharatNet connectivity

Create a software that can be accessed by the number of all the Aadhaar numbers and pan number and the internet starts running after log in. Because all the people have the adhar card and pan card. And its name can be named Indian pan adhar internet. From this, everyone can enjoy the internet

aadhar should connect pan & pan should connect every account just like college id account ,bank account, social media account, e-mail account & in adult ( senior citizens) accounts attach the family members & workers who work in their homes. it should be done as possible as quick.

Govt. should be develop a software or hardware..where internet cable should be attached through Setup Box/D2h. Make the possibility village people can access the internet & watch the TV through their setup Box , just like Wifi, Setup Box, Internet all together or this ll'b work with or without electric city. Means if the power is off ... internet ll'b available 24/7.

This 'Bharatnet' project should be done in PPP mode. Internet gaint companies should be encouraged to participate in the project as this will lead to generate new internet customers and new potential buyers of their products. All gram panchayats and railway stations should have free wifi access and the customers may be charged after a free usage e.g. > 1 hour or > 1 gb. This will result connecting each village and the govt spendings would be less.
