One of the pillars of Digital India is to provide pan-India internet access through broadband highways. In sync to this, BharatNet is being successfully executed to provide optical fiber connection to 2,50,000 Gram Panchayats by 2019. Some experts have suggested that India can leverage its current cable infrastructure to provide last mile internet access via cable lines and ensure internet for all.

In this regard, MyGov is inviting citizens of India to give suggestions on policy and technology infrastructure that can lead to this access revolution, fulfilling the below-mentioned objectives
1) What are the possibilities from policy and technology perspective to maximize the usage of our cable network?
2) What are the potential challenges that could emerge in this process?
3) On comparing opportunities to challenges, does this emerge as a viable option?

Possibility of providing cost effective internet access through satellite TV connections will be an ideal solution to provide digital access to all the villages as most of the households do have satellite TV connection. Secondly, the electricity supply should be ensured either through grid or subsidised solar technologies. This will ensure access to the internet very affordable and also to nook and corner of the country. Current BSNL infrastructure has failed due to resource crunch.

RESPECTED SIR, I AM PRERNA KASHYAP OF 57 UP BN NCC UNNAO(U.P.). TO SOLVE PROBLEM OF DROUGHT AND FLOODING,I SUGGEST THAT ALL RIVERS IN INDIA SHOULD BE DECLARED AS NATIONAL RESOURCE . INTERLINKING OF RIVERS IS SHOULD BE DONE BY CONSTRUCTING CANALS LIKE IGC IN RAJASTHAN . THIS WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF WATER SCARCITY IN DROUGHT HIT AREAS LIKE BUNDELKHAND AND ALSO CAN BE USED AS WATERWAYS FOR TRANSPORTATION OF GOODS.

All administrative offices should be connected by internet. All work in the offices must be backed up in the cloud. All alterations in records should be automatically logged.First come first served policy must be implemented. Proper reasons in one go must be noted when moving to next in line application before disposing of one application. This will streamline the workflow and avoid corruption at all levels.Falsification of docs and interpolation will end and withit all chances for corruption.

Providing broadband connection in not only rural areas but almost all areas is not a easy task , because India is vast country , but not to worry about thinking that things we must try our best to do this. If we have a great potential to do this we must get successful . And we attain the apex of doing this task.
