Many new cable operators who're operating in cities should be encouraged to provide service in rural areas.
Infrastructure challenges should be dealt asap or else we give more opportunities to MNC's to come to India and exploit our needs.

I am Laxmi Jayagouda,2nd sem student of RVIM.As per my opinion Connecting all villages with internet connection is a very good initiative but India being a vast country with numerous villages, it is not a simple task to digitalize India. The biggest challenge being large uneducated population of India. But connecting through broadband will not be viable since technology has evolved so much. It is better to provide wifi hotspot.

Good initiative by the government. Need to maintain cables for year-long uninterrupted Internet access. Wireless infrastructure should be developed using these cable lines so that dependency on wires reduces which helps in minimizing costs of maintenance.
