The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified as an overarching skills regulator on 5th December 2018 vide notification No. SD-17/113/2017-E&PW. The NCVET is responsible for regulating the functioning of entities engaged in vocational education and training, both long & short-term, and establish minimum standards for the functioning of such entities.

NCVET has also been mandated to carry out following functions pertaining to grievance redressal:
a. Provide redressal to aggrieved person (s) against any listed grievances relating to the functioning of the recognized bodies under the aegis of the NCVET.
b. Require recognized bodies to redress grievances of their respective aggrieved person(s), and providing commensurate remedial actions, including any penalty(s).

NCVET has also been mandated to frame the guidelines on Grievance Redressal Mechanism by stating the obligations of recognized bodies to redress grievances and provide recommendations on establishment of a system of grievance redressal.

In pursuance to the above mandate, NCVET has developed the draft of ‘GUIDELINES OF NCVET ON GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM - 2021’.
This document encapsulates the categories of the grievances which will be dealt with by NCVET and its recognized bodies, the procedure to be followed by NCVET and its recognized bodies for addressing different categories of grievances submitted by the stakeholders. It intends to provide clarity on end-to-end processes of the grievance redressal mechanism. The guidelines also aim to describe the expected / possible outcomes of the grievance redressal.

There has been many proposals for privatizing National Banks, National Insurance companies and some railway routes. It is learnt that TCS (Tata consultancy services) conducts National Qualifying Test for appointments to their companies. To enable more youth/unemployed, consider a proposal for Privatizing District Employment Exchanges. Tata company may be capable of giving employment to more youth and may offer other qualified candidates to other private companies. They may keep data ready.

पाठ्यक्रम की विषयवस्तु में पशुवों की महत्ता पर अध्याय शामिल किए जाए। आज पशु प्रताड़ित है। धर्म के नाम पर पशुवों पर हत्याचार सही नही है। पशु को धर्मो से कोई लेना देना नही है। वो सब के जीवन आधार है। बिना पशु,फसल,पति पत्नी पुत्र पुत्री फल फूल के जीवन संभव नही है। इसलिए पशु को शरीर के अंग तुल्य माना जाए। पशु के खेतो में या रोड पर भटकने को बुरा नही मान के इंसान को उनकी व्यवस्था पर ध्यान देना चाहिये,कि पशुवों की सुविधाएं बढ़े। तब ही हमारा भविष्य सुरक्षित हो सकता है ।भोजन आज ही नही कल की भी जरूरत है।

I have been renewing my Mediclaim policy for nearly 23 years as of now have paid nearly 3 times the cover value Can I expect a support for people like us to get better support like 30 %discount as no claim bonus or increase the cover value to 100%instead of 50%

हमारा सुझाव है की खून के रिश्ते के कानून मे सशोधन किया जाए। क्योंकी हमने अपनी आँखोंसे देखा है ऐसे एक भाई को जो अपने ही कोरोना पिडीत भाई और भाभी को अस्पताल मे तडपता मरता छोड कर भागते हुए। जन्म देनेवाली सगी माँ भी उस मरते हुए बेटे और बहू को एक नजर देखने तक नहीं जाती। और ना उस भाई और भाभी को देखने बहन जाती है। तो फिर ये खूनके रिश्ते का कानून क्यूँ है ? क्या ये मृतक की संपत्ती हडपने के लिए ही है ? मृतकों के नाबालिग बच्चे अनाथ हो जाते है। तो उनको परिवार वाले अपनाते तक नही। तो ये अनाथ बच्चें कहाँ जाए?

महोदय, प्रणाम माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी आज आप जिस दिशा में काम कर रहे है वह वाकई काबिले तारीफ है चूँकि अगर राष्ट्र मजबूत होगा तो हम भी सुरक्षित रह पाएंगे परन्तु आपसे एक विनती है कि आज के इस भाग दौड़ भरी जिंदगी में जिस प्रकार महंगाई हावी हो रहा है मुझे लगता है कि एक आम आदमी के आमदनी के हिसाब आज के दौड़ में अपने परिवार का भरण पोषण करने में बहुत कठिनाई हो रही है अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि महंगाई पर विशेष ध्यान दे ।
