The Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways, under the Sagarmala Programme, intends to create an ecosystem for the development of Ro-Ro (Roll-on, Roll-off) ferries and waterway transportation throughout the nation. When compared to traditional modes of transportation, this method of transportation offers a number of advantages, including shorter travel distances, cheaper logistics, and less pollution.

The draft guidelines aim to standardise and streamline the development and operation of ferry services, as well as, promote ease of doing business by reducing delays and conflicts, Additionally, guidelines will aid in boosting private players' confidence, hence expanding their involvement and encouraging healthy competition in such ventures.

The draft of Guidelines for Operationalization of Ro-Ro and Ro-Pax ferry service along the coast of India is issued for public consultation for seeking feedback and suggestions.

It is a topic which is a golden topic on itself when ever we write a suggestion on this type of topic we are strong enough to give the feedback for the country and the citizen of INDIA regarding Roll on and Roll off for ministry of ports, shipping and water ways. There are citizen who are providing different suggestion on this topic but have we ever thought regarding the employees who are working on it. They should be brought and taught with different AI (Artificial Intelligence) and different block chains to over come all the difficulties on time when criminals tries to escape on this Roll on and Roll off mode of creation. We should appoint more employees with a good knowledge in technology and an application of platform should be develop to have a watch on there roles they are playing along the coast of INDIA. Different employees with different languages should be selected and all employees should be trained with different local languages so that they can utilize this at cont--

Further to my comments 30. Rescue team should be formed and they should be available by 24x7. They should've provided with rescue motorised boat 31. Sufficient Life jackets shall be provided. 32. Rescue teams shall shall reach within prescribed time as stated in standards. Number of teams shall be calculated by considering time and distance to reach. 33 SOP (standard operating procedures) shall be written and displayed .

Good initiative by Govt. for inviting suggestion from public domain. RoRo and RoRo-pax Ferry ship services. I hope waterways travelling become more comfortable and luxurious. Along safety standards will consider. All passengers shall have the facility of clear environment on the ship. Drinking water, Food court, Monthly Pass ticket. Goods and vehicle management services.

Ro pax Ferry service passengers and all carrying goods should be insured. All the passengers should wear safety coat and jacket for protection from natural resources..ferry should be contained small boats for safety. Hospital services should be in every ferry if any emergency. If any old age travellers and children women in ferry should be in careful from climate and take necessary steps for healthier travelling. Ferry service link with traditional sea near monuments temple church mosque or any important historical places. Food accodomation should be provided.

Respected Modijee, Consequent upon sharp rise of online bank fraud huge common people specially senior citizen community are getting their hard earned money and getting huge economic sufferer by common people through out india. Most of cases cyber crime police are unable to resolve and to catch hold the fraudesters with in time frame. It has come to notice that local police / cyber police stations are involved with the fraudesters specially at Jamtara,Jharkhand . And day by day the online bank fraud are jumping g. in view of above being a Senior citizen and a common people of our beloved country India, we urge you to take some serious action for online fraudesters and implement/pass law to protect common people and to take some sort of arrangement to get refund of fraud money by victims.
