The Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways, under the Sagarmala Programme, intends to create an ecosystem for the development of Ro-Ro (Roll-on, Roll-off) ferries and waterway transportation throughout the nation. When compared to traditional modes of transportation, this method of transportation offers a number of advantages, including shorter travel distances, cheaper logistics, and less pollution.

The draft guidelines aim to standardise and streamline the development and operation of ferry services, as well as, promote ease of doing business by reducing delays and conflicts, Additionally, guidelines will aid in boosting private players' confidence, hence expanding their involvement and encouraging healthy competition in such ventures.

The draft of Guidelines for Operationalization of Ro-Ro and Ro-Pax ferry service along the coast of India is issued for public consultation for seeking feedback and suggestions.

actually wanna says that research point of view means not heavy machinery equipment or laboratories types just simply knowledge base _ observation - feelings ets a corner /areas special for or else if possible his opinion observation what he feels leads to any good suggestions & every individual having own strength by feeling observation by any senses ets it's better than anti social activist - just parties or drug ets one corner as tourism information or else creative corner knowledgeable hub..ets

#RO-RO 1. We need long distance services along Konkan coast, goa to Vizhinjam port, thuttukudi, chennai, vizag, kolkata. 2. Redevelop the sea bridges that are collapsed along the coast and use it for RO RO and tourism. 3. We need to learn lot from Europe, how to utilise maritime power for low cost transport, tourism, business. 4. We need bigger RO RO ships that can accommodate hundreds of cars and passenger facilities like hotels, restaurants, gyms, kids play area, and other leisure activities. 5. All weather resilient service should be designed in a PPP model. 6. decongest our roads, reduce emissions, person with health issues will choose it, the all design should be PwD friendly. 7. A separate policy should be implemented in Rail RO RO services. individual should be able transit through rails in short notice and ease and low cost other than parcel culture.

चूंकि भारत के सभी 3 हिस्से समुद्र हैं, सौर ऊर्जा से चलने वाली रो-रो सेवा शुरू करने से पर्यावरण प्रदूषण कम होगा, सड़क यातायात की भीड़ कम होगी और पर्यटन क्षमता में सुधार होगा।

Since all 3 parts of India are sea, launching a solar-powered ro-ro service will reduce environmental pollution, reduce road traffic congestion and improve tourism potential.

ferry waterways r not normal route just water so depth of water it's use on way & find out hurdel by safty how- now technology on high along with traveling do it as a researching point of view cause on middle of sea u own decisions man-made decision played most important role that situation must gonna calm& peace knowledgeable _ so if hidden camera under ship or else where suitable that electric serch if how to use moisture of sea climate wind or sudden changes how to deal - use reuse plastic/gadgets to make safe journey in water _ by water sound - depth or sea side animals or under water animals - to previous route ets

shiping also a part of transport but it's different cause unusual to regular so taking precautionary methods to safe secure here not paid much attention as per regular transport so may illigal- activities & difficult to trace (recent maharshtra case) that should not be a enjoyment or fun only based travelling but also useful informative message gone through it so preventing measure with help of technology - live streaming or -up2 date route - map -if possible do app those who r true & genuine no need to be issued to join app otherwise they will more concern of safety -& may route r fix but cn apply by app - infotech by wind/solar system/moisturizer use it as benefits to app -otheside will be a part/portion of tourism-culture,booke ets
