Inviting Suggestions on Draft India Data Accessibility & Use Policy 2022

The draft India Data Accessibility and Use Policy was published on MeitY website on February 21, 2022. Since its publication, MeitY has been receiving several comments and suggestions on the draft policy. It’s also observed that there is a need to bring in some more clarity with regard to some of the clauses in the draft policy so that the objectives of the Data Accessibility policy to enable better services is made amply clear. These clauses will be finalized after getting inputs of stakeholders in the consultation process Accordingly the draft policy document for consultations is being shared here.

महोदय प्रतिबंधित एक्सेस डेटा साझाकरण के लिए, मालिक के सरकारी विभाग या एजेंसी द्वारा तय किए गए डेटासेट के मूल्य निर्धारण को पारदर्शी तरीके से अधिसूचित किया जाना चाहिए।नीति रचनात्मक लाइसेंसिंग ढांचे के माध्यम से डेटा साझाकरण को प्रोत्साहित करने और मूल्य निर्धारण डेटा सेट की पहचान और साझा करने के लिए मंत्रालयों और विभागों की सहायता के लिए उपन्यास मुद्रीकरण मॉडल के माध्यम से मूल्य खोज को सक्षम करने का प्रयास किया जाना अति आवश्यक है।

Sahab jitane bhi peogram software bante hai o sabhi binary code par hi adharit hote hai. In binary code ko badalkar kar aur hindi coding ke anusar yadi banaya gaya to puri duniya me me koi hacker hamare sistem ko hack nahi kar payega. Example china, japan, koriya jaise desho me kacking ki ghatna nahi hoti hai. Lekin america, india ya fir duniya ke o desh jo latun bhasha par adharit binary code ke jariye coding use karte hai waha daily ye samsya kahi kahi sunane ko milti hai.

Dear Modi ji For Data security , we should not depend on other servers, we should built our own servers and it gives full data security and also we should make our own operating system

Sir I am currently studying in 12th std HSC board. Our exams are going to start from 4th March, sir we are not prepared for the exams. Schools even didn't complete the syllabus and they asking us to give exams. 12th std marks very important sir. I request you to postpone it by 1 month. Maharashtra's selfish government is not listening to us. Shivsena made government in Maharashtra forcefully because of the support of congress we didn't vote for so how can we expect such government to listen to us. Please help us...
