Inviting Suggestions on Draft India Data Accessibility & Use Policy 2022

The draft India Data Accessibility and Use Policy was published on MeitY website on February 21, 2022. Since its publication, MeitY has been receiving several comments and suggestions on the draft policy. It’s also observed that there is a need to bring in some more clarity with regard to some of the clauses in the draft policy so that the objectives of the Data Accessibility policy to enable better services is made amply clear. These clauses will be finalized after getting inputs of stakeholders in the consultation process Accordingly the draft policy document for consultations is being shared here.

Hacker are God of Data, Don't keep confidencial data lika BiBi ka photo, Money related information & things in mobile or PC. जब दुनिया में कंप्यूटर नहीं थे तो भी लोग जीते थे और पुल बनाते थे वैसे ही हमको जीना होगा अन्यथा जो भी बचा है सब खत्म हो जाएगा l जब दुनिया बर्बाद होगी तो हम भी लाइट से दिए पर आ जाएंगे l कोई टेक्नोलॉजी नहीं रहेगी बस base बचेगा l

please introduce medical insurance policy for all categories of group c & d state government employees through state Budget FY 2022-23

To capture data there must be a common Id such as Aadhar, to which any or all IDs of citizens to be seamlessly linked. Data should be used in India only. Individuals should authorise by digital methods, such as OTP for use the data at every point of time. Only Central Govt should have the access to the data without any restrictions.

Telangana Police Dept has recentely awarded best managed police stations on parameters such as Proactive Policing, Prevention of Crime, Crime Investigation, Community Engagement, Records Maintenance etc. This kind of rewards will encourage SHOs to improve their work culture. All states & UTs can adopt similar grading & reward system for SHOs. Further Mandal, Tehsil, Taluqua Register of Revenue Records can grade offices on parameter of effective & clean record maintenance. Records kept in corrugated boxes with clear mentioning of records numbers & their period - duration on 4 sides of the box will enable record keepers for easy access of records. Record Keepers have to toil hard daily for tracing old land records required by the applicants. Corrugated Boxes record maintenance can be implemented in all State Central UT government offices PSUs PSBs as well as private small medium & large enterprises & MSMEs.
